Thanks for posting those,WMJ. The '66 looks almost identical to our '65 except for the color and the ride height. I just remembered that my dad put Studebaker full wheel covers on ours so they wouldn't get packed with snow! Wish I had snagged those before we sold the Travelall.

But I am talking about those older cars primarily(showing my age). I would include fewer and fewer models as the years went by. Chevy had a bad habit of killing every car that I loved until nothing was left various sizes of rental sedans and the Corvette. Here's hoping that those days are really gone now.- Camino might like this....

I should have said "Kappa-based". Although if it is an actual car and not a chop, it would have to have been built from a Solstice I would think.- New Austin-Healey

Thems fightin words,Mr. Fly. Seriously, look at the nameplates I used in the question and consider all of the model years involved. Then add in the Corvette and tell me if you still believe your statement applies so broadly.- Some Phantoms that GM...
It is. It was built by a dealer from a new Lemans sedan and a new El Camino in '68 to lobby Pontiac to offer it as a production model. However, The black one on the far right is also Lemans -based. Late '70s early 80s style. I like the way it looks. Now if the '68 was based on a GTO... :AH-HA_wink:- Which of the following Chevys have you...
