  1. My dad says "I think that's the most beautiful Cadillac I've ever seen." I wouldn't go that far, but I still think it's fantastic from bow to stern.
  2. A brown '59 Chevy wagon on a hauler Silver 3rd gen Mercedes CL500 Green/white stripe MGB
  3. People around here seem to put huge ads on their cars of their own volition.
  4. First glance made be think of the E-class, but of course the taillight indicates a much shorter rear end. Looks like it has nice clean, if a bit conservative, lines. The taillights look more like the flat CTS style though instead of the edgier SRX/XTS style.
  5. Impala is barely E-segment. In fact I thought GM had considered it a mid-sizer until now. Anyway. Yay for little car.
  6. New Mazda 5. Glad to see that they're starting to apply some of the more interesting styling touches from their concepts.
  7. Hahahahaha

I'd take the Cruze without a second thought.

So great. What a gal, and what a car.
  10. I'd totally pimp the dealer for a deal like that. The side graphics are a little stark, but I like the hood and the Chevy logo pattern.
  11. Light blue '55 Buick sedan During my jog this evening I saw a nice orange Triumph TR7 in someone's driveway.
  12. What gave you the idea to have this done?
  13. I have to wonder, though, if those of us who want more fuel-efficient cars would have the choices we do today if there had been no CAFE.
  14. EPIC FACEPALM. I rather like what I've seen of the Civic hatch, though.
  15. Now THAT is a jump. But probably not.
  16. I read that yesterday and laughed quite a bit. But not too loud since my family was home.
  17. Dark blue '75-6 Sedan de Ville and faded green '79 Cordoba at a gas station From this sighting I have deduced that the car I've seen at the one garage with a new Challenger nose being grafted onto it is a mid to late-'70s Mopar B-body.
  18. Why do so many guys associate inefficiency with 'manliness'?
  19. One nice thing about the fourbanger in our new Escape... it makes for a very tidy engine bay.
  20. Deadly black '67-8 Sedan de Ville.
  21. The road that my road branches off has a rather blind curve to the left and the speed limit is 45, so you really have to look carefully and can't dally pulling out. So the other day I am starting to pull out and this girl comes flying around the curve. So I abort and reverse back to the edge of my road, and she angrily throws her hands up and mouths WHAT THE F*CK!!! at me. It annoys me that I couldn't explain to her that she was coming around the turn very fast and I couldn't see her. But oh well.
  22. Black '67-'68 Imperial convertible, surprised the heck outta me.
  23. Our neighbors have had an Escape for years, and considering the rate at which they typically buy and sell cars, they are quite happy with it. I really didn't like anything about the HHR, so the Escape is an improvement in pretty much every way in my eyes. The seats are much more comfortable both in shape and position even though they're cloth. It has much better backseat legroom. Visibility is positively panoramic compared the Hurrr. It seems to have adequate grunt, and is getting better gas mileage than the HHR right off the bat. It's not the most exciting car, but we should be much happier with it.
