  1. Ah, according to Autoblog a 5-spd auto is optional on the 2.4L instead of a 4-spd. Interesting. Hell, I don't care, there's a standard 5-spd manual. I'm really excited about this new Vibe. The interior looks fantastic, way better than the new Matrix even. The exterior is good and the drivetrain choices are perfect. Standard equipment is nice, too. Can't wait to see pricing info.
  2. Why does the Vibe page at Pontiac say 5-spd AUTOMATIC?
  3. 5-spd manual? 2.4L? 5-dr hatch? Red interior lighting? NOT a poorly rebadged Chevrolet? Holy $h!, this is the Pontiac I've been WAITING for.
  4. thegriffon and a few others have stated several times that this is the last CTS you'll see being compared to the 3-series, G35, C-Class and the IS. The next CTS (I'm guessing in 4-5 model years) will be larger and more expensive. The Cadillac BTS will slot in under the next CTS in price and size.
  5. A VW Beetle on the other hand...
  6. Any GM car designed/built between the early 70s and 2005, excluding the Corvette, though the C4 sucked pretty bad for a Corvette.
  7. When GM offers the Malibu with things people want, it may do just that.
  8. I'll go ahead and rehash this, but 5-10% of sales of the Accord and Camry equates to about 35-70k a year. Thats quite a chunk GM is missing out on.
  9. As I said in another thread, Edmunds Insideline reviews are a very good read. This seems to be a very fair and honest review, and its very positive overall. And, like I spent pages arguing in another thread, the fact that GM doesn't offer a navigation will be mentioned in every review of the new Malibu.
  10. I'd drive a VW Eos over a minivan, ANY minivan, any day of the week.
  11. www.malonesrestaurant.com www.regattaseafood.com
  12. I'm also in Lexington. If you're looking for restaurant recommendations, Malones for steak, Regatta Seafood Grill for seafood (obviously) and Ramsey's for some good country cooking.
  13. Why buy a crossover over a minivan? Because minivans SUCK, thats why. A real man would never EVER own a minivan unless his shrew of a wife convinced him to. They are the epitomy of dorky and ugly and are a blight upon autodom.
  14. I'm anxious to see actual production or near production cars.
  15. Its like a super-sized Yaris.
  16. Pfff...fff...pff-AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!! Thats the ugliest thing I've ever seen.
  17. Actually, I think Inside Line is a pretty good read.
  18. How could you listen to music in this thing with the windows up? You'd blow them all out the first time it hit a big bass note!
  19. There are people who couldn't figure this out on their own?
  20. I honestly couldn't figure out if they hated it or loved it...
  21. I think its freakin AWESOME!!!
  22. Ah, that sucks...for GM. I'll be in the market for a new vehicle long before late 2009.
  23. I wonder what the price will be...
  24. Cobalt isn't getting an MCE anytime soon, is it?
