Well it's exactly what I was expecting. A little late to the game in the large SUV race, now that people are buying them as much any more and opting form smaller cars. At first when you cover the front and rear lights, you see a hint of gmt 900, from the design of the doors, and the side profile. However I dont know what's wrong with it? Would the same negative reaction be if a domestic brand would come out with a truck that looked like this?

It hit CDN$ 1.09 today, I heard on the news that many automotive manufacturers are giving away incentives 5-7 thousand dollars, I think it's Ford and Honda for now, and then many will have to follow. Too many ppl are shopping in Buffalo, that Canada Customs are searching every car at the border coming back in.

So how is Calgary, I heard it's gotten worst since I've been there when it comes to housing.

I don't like the Corolla, at the same time I think the Cobalt can be better, in terms of design and quality. And relax, I'm not an import humper, I like GM, I just know that they can do way better with some of their products. I'm also open to all different manufacurers. I don't like when people insult a product, they have not seen with their own eyes, and insult it based on their badge, just like you have when people insult your G6, just because it's a domestic. Relax, the G6 is a nice car, just wish they had the manual available on all models.

Ehhhh, no, you're dreaming, or you have you GM goggles on, I had the chance to drive a Cobalt for the past few days as a replacement for my daily driver. All I can say is, no.

Ok, enough with the bashing people, everyone here sounds like 12 year olds. Honestly, speaking what did all of you expect? A stunning design from Toyota? It will never happen, because they have a loyal following of people who will be coming back to their products because of it's refinement, reliability, and resale value. Toyota never have and never will design a stunning car, however they are under a microscope from the media now because of their recent problems.

Personal opinion. LOL This board makes me laugh sometimes how some people here try to use any method to prove Toyota products are garbage.

The problem here is that they chose a Toyota over somebody else, therefore it is automatically bias. LOL

No, the ION is bad, really bad. The Astra is a positive change, I drove one in Europe in '03, the 2003 model, and it was nice. This is one is just as nice, if not better.

Ya I have, to me double cabs always seem to me as SUV with a pick up bed. It's for people who want the pickup truck image, and it's not like they will ever use them for working.
