  1. I'd say CTS for the RWD, but the Aura and Milan would be good choices as well.
  2. That looks surprisingly nice...I do see some BMW in the side sculpting.
  3. I will never copy a floppy after seeing that video. Let me break it down fo you!

Is that the best Toyota marketing could come up with? Between this and the "tough T" [read: pig nose] logo for Toyota Trucks, they're trying way too hard to fit in. I can already here the jokes that will be made about Lexus getting the 'F' treatment.
  5. I love when these companies tout crazy high percentages, when in reality they've only sold a couple hundred extra cars.

So you used to be in a band? What type of music did you guys play?Firehouse rocks. Hold Your Fire is probably my favorite song by them...it sounds completely original from a lot of the rock that was coming out at that time. And the great thing about Firehouse is that even though a lot of bands from that era have kicked the bucket, they're still putting out great music to this day. They haven't put themselves through the modern rock strainer that most bands went through to make themselves sound "in" with the times...they just keep putting out great music without worrying what pop culture thinks.

And some heavier stuff Powerful video and song about religion and abuse W.A.S.P. - Arena of Pleasure This is about as extreme as I go for metal...not really a fan of death and black metal, although some Mercyful Fate and Venom aren't too bad Annihilator - Alison Hell

This song really rips it up...perfect mix of blues and rock n' roll. Meaty riffs, and the outro solo just simply kicks ass. Great White - Rock Me Another song in the same vein as the one above, also from '87:
  10. Click on the link, then scan the bar on the right hand side with blue titles and click on the one at the very bottom that says "Activist Challenged 11/30" http://www.wwj.com/ I'm not sure who the GM rep is that's speaking...could it be Wagoner? This was after the two guys went up on stage at the LA Auto Show at the end of Wagoner's speech to try to get him to sign a document stating GM will lead the industry in fuel economy by 2010. EDIT: I just saw a YouTube video...the guy is someone named Don Fuller...it says he is from MAWG and contributes to Kelly Blue Book. Video http://www.trucks.autoblog.com/2006/11/29/...goners-keynote/

Recent pics Halloween (I didn't have much of a costume...I was going to go as Maverick but couldn't find a plain white t-shirt and didn't want to wear my leather coat to the bars)

YouTube's up again Probably my favorite song off Mindcrime...Tate's vocals are just unreal. Queensryche - Eyes of a Stranger
  13. Nice glaze over the old eyeballs. Smoke the peace pipe much?
  14. That's almost as bad as Standard Taxi... ....which by the way has a new "refined hood design." Edit: Maybe they were trying for the Crazy Coupe look?
  15. For comparison
  16. Better pics: Hybrid Escape
  17. Ignoring looks for a moment, some other highlights: ADVERTISE THAT, FORD! Now, for looks...the chrome looks overkill in these pics, but I'm guessing it will look better in person. I thought the Explorer with the chrome bar looked gaudy in the Ford press release pics, but seeing them in person is totally different...it actually looks pretty nice. Ford sucks at press release pics.

In a similar vein, Queensryche I Don't Believe in Love I got this off Google video...there's more on YouTube but it's having scheduled downtime right now

Speaking of Emo, I found these gems tonight:
  20. I did hear him say something like "where's the Escape key???" (in German, of course) after he bashed the poor keyboard about eight times into the desk.

I freakin love this song...I wish I had that album. Deftonesfan...what do you think of the two albums that came out after White Pony? Are they worth purchasing?
  22. That's nuts! Very interesting use of technology, even if the design is a little "out there."
  23. My dad had a '73 Firebird Esprit when he was in high school.
