  1. Hahaaha-ha! Yes, Nos... I gotz a phree vehice. (3 hours & $42 of dissasembly/reassembly required) http://www.cheersandgears.com/index.php?sh...c=27384&hl= ^ dig it here.
  2. Yeah it's like 3.25 to 1 (population wise) But don't worry they keep their population in check by leaving their baby girls in the woods to die, the REALLY civilized parents stick them in cramped 3rd world orphanages.
  3. LOL nope. I do now though, THNX. Either way it was funny.
  4. When you're packin' a 500+ cubic inch V10 under the hood the words "little" or "lighter materials" should never be used.
  5. I'm happy to hear you are unharmed. Why did I think your Jetta was green? Either way i took quite a hit. Thank God your VW has framed doors! My 500SEC would not have trapped me. Good Job. I'm sure glad I had my seatbelt on when I was hit head on in my Datsun by a Red-light running BMW, otherwise there is a good chance my face would have smashed through my windshield & ended up as a hood ornament on a 328Xi.
  6. TAH-hoes are for pussys.... I EMBRACE that 129" wheelbase.
  7. Wow that last pic. sucked the funny right out of the whole of C&G. Sad but true.
  8. . . . . . I my FREE truck, Not my first 'Burban and it certainly will not be my last.
  9. You know the whole world has gone mad... When you get a 100% FREE truck that gets you 1500 miles on less than $250 invested. BTW: $100 of that $250 is the 30 bottles of power steering fluid, I'm picking up the replacement hoe tomorrow... enough i enough.
  10. The metric A.O-D. RWD trans. from that are re FAR better than their FWd $h! but they're NOT bulletproof.... problems are quite common actually, but usually aroud the 100K mark. Dodgefan has like double that, as does my Suburban & Mercedes for the record. Anyway, the $100 "rebuild kit" from Autozone is NOT the solution here... trust me. I know plenty of ballsy mofos that do ALL their own work but a trans is something you outsource. An automatic trans. is by far the most complex mechanical component in a car, modern or otehrwise.... one thing I learned the hard way trying to rebuild the carb. in the Banana Boat. Sux wasting time just to pay to have it dome again by someone else cause you screwed it up. Never again will I tear open a 4-bbl post-emissions carb. w/ the intent of rebuilding it myself. That thing made the human circulatory system look quite basic by comparison.

A 1960s Pontiac hardtop with an I6-OHC is on my list of MUST haves. (before I die) Here's an idea: pre-war Pontiac shell from a junkyard/someone's back yard (say 1933-39) + orphaned Pontiac OHC-6 = One hell of an original Rat Rod.
  12. Dodge was an excellent guess.... but it's Mets.... but more like with a Z. Too tired to fid a good write-up on the net, the trivia question was prompted by one of my many books highlighting American Cars. Here's a quick synopsis: http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z7414/Metz-Model-22.aspx
  13. I'd buy it.... if I had the money to burn.
  14. Yeah, there's a million sites, of course I think the original was "chucknorrisfacts.com" where 80% are just stupid funny... most give me a chuckle, but there's a few that are priceless. It's just a stupid kick we've been on at work, me & a buddy of mine at UPS pass the time by making up our own.... like When Chuck Norris goes to the supermarket he does not take paper OR plastic... only kind of bags he takes are body bags for all the bastards who try to sneak 13 items through the 12-items or less isle.
  15. Nope not Red Sox, also NOT Yankees, hint hint.... what team is NOT the Yankees but hails from the same general locale.
  16. While 97% of those are hilarious, the stupid Abominable Snowman from the old Windows 3.1 Skiing game is epic_funny. I loved that stupid game, my favorite, even over minefield!
  17. Sorry I don't devote every second of my day to keep up with all the latest o the www. 'net. Besides, stupid humor like this is timeless.... (as is sodomy)
  18. No. Again.... baseball team. NOT the Yankees either.
  19. hahahahah.... it no SRT4 but damn it's hot... lookit that thing, it's cookin'!
  20. Sorry to hear that. You have my condolences.
  21. Aaaaaannnd 25 years later Saturn = _EPIC FAIL!

It's the same for my disdain for the Camaro's stupid, useless B-pillar. Although, to be honest.... if I have/had money to burn I'd buy one anyway, it's easy enough to make the widows drop, add support to the C-pillar & eliminate the B-pillar completely. At least the doors are frameless.
  23. Yeah... I HATE that stupid ad. But the jokes ARE funny IMHO. (I'm a child of the 1980s) - Chuck Norris & Mr.T walk into a bar, the building explodes instantly, NO single structure on plant earth can contain THAT much "coolness."
