  1. I know a few of these actually were built but not in their true un-watered down form. The first one makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. (incomplete list, GM only) 1965 Chevrolet Mako Shark II BTW: Did I mention I HATE most Crossover/SUVs?
  2. 710

Did you top off her blinker fluid and rotate her glass while you were at it? :P
  3. Chevrolet 2006 Cars: Corvette: A+ Aveo: C+ Cobalt: A Malibu: B- Impala: D M/C: D- HHR: B+ Equinox: C+ Chevrolet 2006 Trucks: Silverado: A+ Colorado: A TrailBlazer: B- Tahoe: B Suburban: B SSR: B Overall Chevrolet car division: D (I'd give them an F if it was not for the superb Corvette C6/Z06)
  4. That Mini Limo is actualyl pretty cool... there's a lot of nice craftsmenship going on there... Yes it's an oxymoron as is a 4x4 Corvette but I like crazy one off customs. A off-road Camaro or a stretched Porsche 911 is still way cooler than a Civic with a 4 foot wing and cut springs. While that '60 Caddy is gorgeous there's also a few mini-stretched Limos that are just retarded. LIke a 8" stretch. 8"? WTF?! why even bother cutting the car and going through all that work?
  5. Super Stretch purple late 90s Lincoln Navigator wiht a wine coored felt faux-convertible carrige top. :puke:
  6. *The Fog clears and 68 remembers Factory Five...* Yup, cool. Didn't mean to insult. Now as far as this other turdbucket it's a waste of a perfectly good Caprice. Make it off of a Crown Vic they have more of those and they still make them.
  7. I loved the '99 Nomad concept when it came out, mostly cause it had several '69 Camaro influences to it, but now in hindsight the Kappa Nomad was a better looking and more sophisticated design. ---- As far as comparing the Concept LaCrosse to the production, I guess it could be like comparing the Lamborghini Diablo to a base Toyota MR2. Not even close. If the production LaCrosse was a hardtop and had 95% of the concept's styling I'd buy one even if it was FWD. What a sexy car! The production version makes me shudder it's so "Camry-esque". ---- The Torana and SS sedan need to be produced EXACTLY in every detail... possibly wiht the exception of the SS getting the LS7 and a beefed up fully manual trans to back it up. The Torana was simply an amazing idea for a 5-door wiht Muscle car DNA and the SS harkened back to the days of the hardtop/bubbletop cars while looking like an exotic. Why both of these cars are not hitting the streets is beyond me.
  8. Yup, we all have a natrual "smell" esp. if hormones are involved. Marcia smells all sexy after her perfume wears off and she says I smell great with nothing on as long as I don't have gasoline/oil/antifreeze/DOT-3/PS fluid or whatever stinking me up. Every time I drive the Camaro she says I "reek" of gasoline. I love that smell. WOT and approaching redline the car's suspension is straining as it attempts to push itself down the road straight and the colw induction hood just shakes under the vibration of the engine all while the headers douse the firewall and floorboards wiht heat and the smell of gas permiates into the interior. Pure Heaven. :)
  9. For years I wore Drakkar Noir but then I had a 95% full $50 bottle just up and dissapear from my own damn house. I wanted to replace it but before I could my friend Renato's wife who works at Victoria Secret Cosmetics got me "Sexy for Him" for Christmas. I loved it. Very masculine and yet subtle. I always kept in it in ONE specific spot and was very carefull with it since so many things had disappeared in the meand time. About 4 CDs, 2DVDs and my D.N. just to name a few. I was certain there was a clepto in our midst. I left one morning to go to work at Hannoush Jewlers when I was still working there and next thing you know it's gone when I get back. I'm pretty sure it's one of two Marcia's friends but I've yet to cathc them in the act. It really F***ing bugs me to have to worry about my own shit in my own house though. So as a direct result I give myself a quick squirt of Axe Body Spray (Essence or Phoenix) if I need to smell good. I refuse to buy another $60 bottle of colgone.
  10. Pretty fugly IMO but it's original and has some style so I'll give it a B-
  11. Cool, gotta stay ahead of the competition. :) Pushrods RULE!
  12. Thinks about B.V.s comment... Cause they suck the life energy out of us men! Shit, Did I say that out loud?!
  13. With my luck I'd get my car towed and a court date for "disturbing the peace". :P
  14. BBL/L.A. how about theseV Foose 6-spokes?
  15. I've driven everything from early 1960s cars with powerglides to triptronic (tap shift) 2001 Porsche 911s... I still prefer the fun of driving a manual trans wiht a clutch. I'm not a professional drag racer so if I bought a 2006 GTO the LS6 would get me down the track fast enough with or without an auto. Yes, you're right autos shift faster and never miss a shift but they're more complex, break a lot more often if the car is driven hard and add unnecesarry wieght and complexity. Being a car nut is not ALWAYS about shaving 0.02 seconds off your E.T. in some cases it's just about enjoying a well handeling, manouverable car wiht precision skill. I've never driven a car wiht an automatic trans that could read my mind. They always think they know what's best. Donwshifting when you're just cruising or hunting for gears when going uphill, it's irritating and I'm the type that would much rather shift myself. Ultimate control. There's no BUllshit wiht a true manual.... unlike those tapshift trans that just go ahead and upshifit regardless of what imput you're giving them a true manual will never lie to you. If I want my Datsun in 3rd gear all the way to 7500rpm, it's going to stay in that gear, no computer is goign to over ride my decision like with all these half-assed paddle shift transmisions. Perhaps if, and this is a big "IF", I had to drive through stop and go traffic for a hundred miles every work day then I might actually welcome an automatic... but only for my daily driver, not my sports car, off roader, drag car, SCCA racer or whatever. That's why they make chocolate and vanilla. :) ...except in some cases GM refuses to give us the right to choose. (try finding an SUV wiht a manual these days) <_<
  16. No problem buddy... we'll pretend we never saw those atrocious Teddy rims.
  17. I actually like the Mercury... and love the SRX more obviously. It's actually the rear where they look exactly the same. Look at how Ford ripped off the doors, C-pillar and rear glass. There's no respect for intelectual property these days. Look at the McLaren F1 and Sallen S7. <_<
  18. Awsome. Take care of this rare and unique beauty. My friend Mike (the one with a 650HP '67 Camaro) had a 1980 Cutlass for his first car. He got it all beat up in the early 90s when it was black and ended up painting it red and dropping in a built up Chevy 350 after he blew up the 307. This is a gorgeous car and what makes yours even more rare is not just the 442 package but the fact that THAT particular fascia was only used for one year. 1979 and 1981 are not interchangable. The header panel, grille and front bumper are all different.
  19. It definately looks MUCH more sexy and sleek in Fire Engine Red versus the gray. And yes, it does look even more like a true EXOTIC. This last pic is VERY flattering. They could make that TODAY with the 2.8 Turbo or a LS6 and it would sell like hotcakes.
  20. Azure Blue.
  21. Razor: Thought you'd enjoy seeing it in color for once. :)
  22. Kia

Sixty8panther replied to HarleyEarl's topic in Kia
Suzuki, Honda they're not that much different. All shitboxes with crappy design, recycled Pepsi cans for body panels and nasty detailing. Just LOOK that that Yellow ugly little crapbox. I don't care WAHT era it came out of it looks hideous. I've seen horse $hit that looked much more appealing. It's like a really pathetic, drunk, braindeda Pinninfarina designer Zombie drew a cartoon car wiht a crayon on the bathroom wall and Honda went ahead and copied it to the millimeter. Look at the disjopinted wheel wells and the horrific lights. Those Pseudo Mustang scoops are just beyond tacky and the rims on the first one would look at home on a Lego set. The SUZUKI Cappucino is better but not much.
