Recalls a time for Toyota to shine.
Regular unleaded for all models. And the Odyssey gets best in class mileage (19/25 for base models, 20/28 for VCM models) $30 at jiffy lube once every 3-4 months?

Element.....
The 5,216 Elements Honda sold last month seem to disagree with you. I'm sure this new redesign will keep it going, as it is a big improvement on the previous.

Lexus HYBRID GS
All of Toyota's hybrids use a CVT transmission. The way their hybrid system is designed, the tranmission is an integral part of it, so designing a hybrid with a 6sp Auto or other transmission would require redesigning most of the hybrid system to accommodate it.

Element.....
Yes, at least the Ford F150 does. And not to mention the Saturn, Mazda, and various other vehicles that come/came with those types of doors.

Sports Concept Unfortunately it doesn't stand for Super Charged! =( The picture on that article is probably not the SC, but the base model. The SC will have more sporty stuff added to it.

Recalls a time for Toyota to shine.
What was the MSRP of the trim Ody he bought? $33,000 after tax, license, dealer markup, extra warranty, etc (anything else he might have gotten talked into by the dealer)?

CGI Of Next-Gen CR-V
Something about this front end was never meant to be put on a car. It looks as if they took a pontiac car, and their already ugly grille, and added half of another car on top of it, and called it a day.

CGI Of Next-Gen CR-V
Well I may have been wrong about the front end..... Click A lot of camo on there, but the funky grille is showing.

Recalls a time for Toyota to shine.
Let's look at it the other way. If your buddy was all gung-ho about a GM SUV, would you even mention any other vehicles? Let alone a Honda? Probably not. It's not Honda's fault dealers give you jack for trades, or that your buddy might not be a very good negotiator.

CGI Of Next-Gen CR-V
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Aztek has that title permanently.

CGI Of Next-Gen CR-V
Yeh it's pretty ugly. Good thing the front end won't look at all like that, considering it's just a drawing from some Japanese magazine. I don't even know where the artist got the idea for it, it looks horrible, nothing lines up. He should be shot. Btw, here's the whole article over at TOV (at least post a link if you are going to hotlink to their images).

Mitsubishi could withdraw from U.S.
Bye Mitsubishi! The Evo was a good car, but it was still based off of a freaking FWD worst-safety-rated ugly lancer. It was no better than a suped up Civic, and a 4 door Civic at that. Long live the STI, despite your new ugly Alfa Romeo nose!

Next Honda Accord
Last time I checked, Toyota salesmen don't drive to people's houses in a Yaris, detain them, and force them into the damn thing. If people can't think for themselves and have to rely on TV for brain input, then are those the kind of people you want driving a Ford Fusion, tail gating, speeding, getting into fender benders, and crashes (because their brain activity depends on the radio)?

Out of Tuners?
It's not that it's isn't cost effective, it's that the stupid kids don't know how to spend the money the right way.

TOYOTA tries to be more
HAHAHAHA!! That face is priceless!! You can just see what he's thinking... "heeheehee, give me all your money!"

May 2006 Sales: American Honda Motor Co.
Wow, look at those Accord sales. Eat that new 4 speed Camry!

Thank the media/insiders for this...
They probably get angry at the dealer because the dealers only carry loaded Civic's and usually add $1000 to the price because they are popular. The cheapest Civic within 75 miles of here (5 or 6 dealers worth) is 17k, and they go up to 25k new for a completely loaded EX. Usually it's not as bad as in the Seattle area (here), but I'm sure there are plenty of other places. A lot of Honda dealers are kind of arrogant though. The Cobalt is 2 years newer than the Corolla, and are you driving equally equiped models back to back? Or a loaded Cobalt vs a cloth-seated Corolla?

Thank the media/insiders for this...
Because your daughter's friend bought a Honda Accord (used?) and some things don't work on it, you don't understand why people buy Honda's? I don't understand why my 2004 GMC Sierra has had to make 2 warranty trips to the dealer already with only 20k on the clock!! By your logic, I don't see why anybody buys GM trucks, yet they are best selling.
-
Thank the media/insiders for this...
Now if that were really true, don't you think more people would drive them?
-
Thank the media/insiders for this...
I know my local dealers don't have any real base model Civic's, they all have options of some sort. It's probably just a marketting ploy so they can say they have a lower MSRP. I doubt very many dealers actually buy 100% base model Civic's to put on their lot. People might order them that way, with the intention of driving to the nearest cartoys to have a killer Alpine sound system installed or something like that.

The Yaris has been out longer.

Next Honda Accord
Canadian CSX = JDM Civic with some extra luxury amenities (and a revised bumper). That Accord sketch is just a sketch based off of the sports4 concept, and the person just based the front end off the Civic, since it is Honda's latest design. I doubt either the Euro or American Accord will resemble it. Remember the sketch of the next NSX with the front end off the Euro Civic? Lol, these sketch artists There's probably a sketch of the next gen s2000 with the front end off the new Civic floating around somewhere too. Remember, Honda isn't Pontiac, they don't use the same front end for every vehicle (SUV's included)!

Toyota's "Master Manipulators" get caught
I'm sorry but that was a horrible rant. Less sarcasm and banter please, and maybe I'll get past the first few lines. Stunned at what? The CEO of a company getting into a sex scandal? You must be easy to entertain Honda and Toyota are about as different as Toyota is to any domestic manufacturer.

Honda Loses Insight; Relays Future Hybrid Insight
I'd rather see a ton of Insights on the road than just about any car, specially SUV's and Trucks.
