Aztek really looked good in concept form!

How about just the original words to the Pledge: "...one Nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." I think the big deal is that once you remove the G-d bullshit then there isn't a "loophole" to exploit for the discrimination of people deemed "sinners" and there's one less argument against extending liberties to people who should already have them just by virtue of being American, if you get my drift.

Hey gramps, the Cold War ended 15 years ago. Now shut the piehole and stop acting like you know because you don't. You don't know Fly, you clearly don't know much about Pearl Harbor and you barely have a grasp of Communism, your knowledge limited to its ties with Russia. This is a car forum, not an attack forum. Now go smoke some pipe tobacco, put on some Jergens, and take a nice long nap in your rocker until you CALM DOWN!

Whether or not you agree with his attitude, he IS right as far as the constitution is concerned, and that is all law should be concerned about.

Well it disturbs me even more that the words "under God" were ever ADDED to the pledge like they were in the 1950s. BUT I BET YOU DID NOT KNOW THAT? Those words never should have been in the pledge, and weren't until the Eisenhower years.
  6. Nah...Fantasia won because she was one of the best. She really needs to learn how to read, though.
  7. Sucks to be her...she's an amazing singer though.

Very good commercial, shows them driving on roads of electricity, through cities made of electric skyscrapers, then Solstice plows through a bunch of sparks. Very cool. Anyone know the song playing?

I think incredibly fundamentalist Christians write the jokes themselves half the time.

Yup, Metro through and through. I haven't tanned in a loooong time though...Out here in Cali just going to class gives me a decent glow.

No, some people DO take this seriously. That's what's scary...

Well I'm glad you agree the world needs another one of these, Sly! :P So far I like this one...

That's what I was afraid of. FYI the tan has zero protection, it is a dye for your skin. If you want the best/easiest tan, alternate between megabeds with bronzing bulbs and then some nice HP beds like the Velocity or Vortex. I also recommend Australian Gold Double Dipped Ice Cream...yes there's dye in it, but it doesn't look orange and really helps you get dark fast.

That gear shifter looks like a throttle control modulator on a boat!

You remind me of this kid I went to HS with. His sweat didn't smell bad, and actually smelled like eau de toilet most of the time, so we always joked that he sweat cologne!

Does it smell better or worse than the typical ATO? I'm skeptical of the Mystic tanning because it's just a cosmetic tan versus having any real sun protection. I have ridiculously sensitive skin and need all the real tan I can get.

Abercrombie Fierce, Hollister Drift are my favorites. Fierce is particularly popular with the ladies...I get wuite a few "omg is that Abercrombie Fierce?! That's my favorite smell in the whole world!" No joke. It's cheap, and smells oh so good.

Those teddy rims belong on a minivan with a "BABY ON BOARD!" window suction placard, pastel paint scheme and a mobile hanging from the rearview mirror. Anyone wanna whip up an image of my "vision" based on the picture below?

But the Freestyle (upon which the Mercury is based) is much smaller than the SRX. Stances are completely different. I really don't see much resemblence.

Yeah it can, mine does. But I know that when I get married, my wife better work cuz that means more money to spend.

Many did, but many still retained their jobs, if they could. Women started reentering the workplace is the mid '60s.
