Early Look: Chrysler Nassau, Jeep Trailhawk
Dear Chrysler, Nobody will ever be happy with what you do with Jeep.....so, please just do whatever you have to to make money, so that you can continue to sell a badass vehicle like the Wrangler. Signed, Me

Chrysler already offers $1k back on '07 Sebring
Yeah, it's different from the concept.....but it's also pretty close. You have to remember, the concept design was pretty "out there" also. From: http://stratusphere.net/forums/index.php?act=home

Chrysler already offers $1k back on '07 Sebring
It's called "Love It or Hate It", and it's what they are aiming for. They can't compete with Camcords by making a vanilla vehicle. They make a vehicle that polarizes, and the people that like it might actually want one, with little to no discounts.....and the people that don't like it wouldn't buy it anyway.

"Take our cars, please!": Aspen/Compass Incentives
Oops....I actually meant to compare the new Yukon. But guess what???? There's even $2000 cash back on the brand new Yukon.....and a mid-level Yukon bases for about $6000-$7000 more then the Aspen Limited.

"Take our cars, please!": Aspen/Compass Incentives
I just checked Yahoo Autos, and found out that the 07 Envoy has $1500 - $2000 cash back right now. That's more than the Aspen!! ....and the Envoy looks really nice, and is a brand new design.

"Take our cars, please!": Aspen/Compass Incentives
Big deal. I bought a 300 right when they came out, and also got $1000 cash back. It was for using Chrysler Financial to finance the vehicle. It's a way for Chrysler to get people to use their financial arm. They more than make up for it in finance charges. Also......the sky is falling......the sky is falling. Stupid media.

Chrysler will soon decide Imperial's fate
People don't want low and wide any more. Maybe wide, but low is for sports cars. People want to sit up higher and have a commanding view of the road....probably due to people getting used to SUVs. People feel safer up higher, and the Imperial has a safe (tank-like) commanding appearance. The Imperial is probably pretty wide, it's just it's tallness that makes it appear somewhat narrow.

Chrysler CT Program Axed
The current Pacifica is built on it's own unique platform. They will probably discontinue using this unique platform, and build a new crossover on a different shared platform. Maybe the next gen LX platform, called LY?? No car company can afford not to have a crossover at this point.

Least Safe Cars of 2007
They review head rest design, but also do a rear collision simulation to try and back up their evaluation of the headrest design. However, you can't discount this claim about the Corolla, whether you agree with the IIHS rear crash results or not: Oh, and I don't think you can say that headrests and bumpers are only tested for insurance claim issues. The 5 mph bumper has to do with collision damage $$, and the headrest has to do with safety. I don't think they are judging the headrests on if they will break or not in a rear impact.....because they are worried about replacing them.

Least Safe Cars of 2007
They just farmed info from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). So, who created the misleading info? They are going to keep reporting these "bad" results until all manufacturers make side airbags standard.....and jack the price of all cars up another $1000. However, the "bad" results were mostly on vehicles without optional side airbags.....except for the Corolla and the Suzuki whatever, which also had POOR (the worst) rear impact ratings.
