Man, how do they get away with such a cheap interior?
  5. Yeah, not quite. Here's the radio from a 2004 Chrysler 300M. I think the new style radio debuted in the 2005 LX cars, and now is shared throughout the line. New radio:

From CBS News: Get to walkin buddy! :P
  7. Plum Crazy Purple & Sublime Green are supposedly a go. There may be a Tor-red Red too.
  8. Concept Production prototype Removed at request of copyright holder
  9. OMG.....the interior is junk. There is a big electronic thing on top of the dash, and a bunch of exposed wires, and a big red button next to the shifter that doesn't match the rest of the interior.

If it's just a "software" problem, like all of the Toyota humpers are claiming.....then why are they applying a waterproof grease to the electrical system?? Smells like a cover-up to me!

I think even some grownups hate Toyota.
  12. I watched a segment yesterday about "small cars" on like MSNBC or CNN, and it mainly featured the Solstace! They were commenting on how the Solstice was really nice, and didn't feel cheap like small cars of the past. The one lady on there commented how small cars came from Pintos, and Honda Civics whose frames rusted out, to premium small cars like the Mini Cooper. Then they talked about how Hybrids weren't really worth the price. Then at the very end of the bit, they quickly said "Just today it was anounced that Toyota has recalled 75K Priuses".

So this can happen on all Toyotas?? That's not very reassuring.
  14. I think MPH Magazine sumed it up pretty good in an article comparing the Charger R/T to the Mustang GT and GTO. It's a pretty funny article too. (granted, they did only have the Charger R/T)

  16. I know everyone likes to complain about these, but here they are. The number is the yearly total, and the number in (#) is the latest month. Thanks to hemidakota on Allpar.

Yes, it will.........but not the top engine! and remember.....the 3.5L has 250 HP Avenger SRT-6 will destroy all!
  18. Well, if that's the case, then I'm sure there will be a nice article released in every major American publication stating that Toyota is "yet again" helping GM out of the goodness of their hearts. Toyota cannot go without heaps of praise for their "good deeds". Even though I'm pretty sure it's not true.
  19. Yeah, that's it.......Toyota did this to "help" GM. Just like they are going to raise their prices to "help" the domestic automakers.
  20. People have large trucks and SUVs because they might sometimes need them. It's not economical to own more than one vehicle because of rediculous insurance rates, so people just have one vehicle that is big in case they need it to be. We are in the land where everything is big. It's seems to be best to have the room/towing capability and not need it, then to need the room/towing capability and not have it. I would love to have a midsize truck that I could leave in the garage for when I needed it, and then have a small roadster for daily driving, pleasure driving, runnig errands, etc.. But that is just not practical for me. So I split the difference and got a V6 Chrysler 300. I can borrow my sister's Durango if I need to tow something. I don't think Detroit forced people into trucks and SUVs, but the didn't discourge it. Why would they.....they can make higher profits on these expensive vehicles? Guys started buying trucks because they could still get RWD and V8's becasue of lower CAFE restrictions on trucks, and then the rest of the population followed suit. Trucks were even pretty cheap until the demand went up like crazy.
  21. Yes, you really should hate Mazda too!
  22. Also Detroit News article:
  23. You could argue that people buying tons of imported cars does cause harm. Harm to American jobs, the economy, etc.
  24. Added the press kit to the original post. Looks like no HEMI for thr R/T. :(
