On both door panels...and I ask the question why? For what reason, it's not like they were put in a spot that would sort of ad to the appearence of the interior...they're just sort of tacked on in just any old spot. I thought it was silly and good for a laugh.

You may be right, it'd be cool to see if the car was special ordered like that by a customer or the dealership just managed to get their hands on an odd ball and sold it to someone who knew it and decided to keep it stored and hardly drove it

Jesus Christ it never ends, the Land Cruiser, the Rav 4, now this, Toyota is making ugly very appealing and I just wish the mainstream public would read up on their recalls in the last year or 2 and maybe finally prove that Toyotas only sell because of their "quality" and not their breathtaking designs. Once people realize the quality is not up to par...maybe GM can get it's foot back in the door long enough to shut it.

A winner was announced however the man passed away in 1979, so the car will go to his next of kin... no one has come forward to claim it yet....as far as I know.

Actually my father's family is from Palermo, my mother's side is from Naples.

My Riviera is very simple....the name Riviera on the two rear quarter panels just behind the doors...and the R trunk lock cover and the R in the grille...and on S/C models a small Supercharged emblem on the right side corner of the trunk lid. very minimal and clean IMO. My Delta said Oldsmobile on the trunk, and two Rocket logos on either side of the car aboce the tailight and the word Delta-88 on both front fenders....plus another Oldsmobile above the front grille, and Royale emblem inbetween the two grille sections, a rocket logo hood ornament and two Royale emblems on the sail panes of the roof ( c pillar) quite a lot if you ask me.

CB radios were options in most cars of the day, even my Delta had it as an option...as well as Ford models. I'm not sure about Chryslers.

Good, maybe the Compass will be canceled and the Liberty can become a true Cherokee while the Patriot becomes the Liberty.

I enjoy a good slice of pizza....I voted indifferent....if the crust it thick or thin, it does not matter to me as long as it crunchy, yet soft and tastes good. I hate Pizza Hut, Dominos I can tolerate more thna Piza Hut. As far as fast food pizza goes I'll take Papa Johns. But I prefer a traditional pizzeria.

The funny thing is that it looks like the same color as my Delta 88, or what mine looked like brand new...and not so faded and worn
