Thinking of selling The Riv...
Appreciate your honesty....despite the issues with the car now, once those are taken care of it's a really nice, well maintained car. The body is in really good shape, the interior as well. I would probably be looking for around 1,500 to 2 K for it.

Do you hold back?
I'm mostly lke you FOG...two sides to my personality....but whereas you have found a balance....I have not, I hold back a lot here and online in general....as well as in real life, although my buttons are very easy to push...and when pushed, I explode into a violent outburst at whomever is in my path. Violent in terms of attitude and words and the way I verbally attack. But here on C&G it's pretty easy to hold back, because we're really like a family here. This is one message board that I've never gotten sick of due to drama. Thats a main reason why I'm still here.

Fly, you remember how I said I wanted that `76 LeSabre?
You're family must be very nice if they're allowing you to hold on to it for now

Thinking of selling The Riv...
Well I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do with it, or if I going to keep it. But if no one is interested...which seems ot be the case you can add a '95 to that yard next to the '96.

Thinking of selling The Riv...
Well I've come to the conclusion that I may need to sell my Riviera. The car is having one problem after naother due to the fact I cannot afford to fix it right now. last night my service engine light came on, and when I hooked up my scanner it pulled 6 codes. the main one is a missfire on cylinder 6. I recently had a miss and had a coil pack and spark plug replaced about a month and a half ago. Now another coil pack seems to have gone. I also need brakes relaly bad and tires. The reason I cannot have the work done is because I've been out of work for 3 months now, and can't contiue to dump my limited funds into it any longer. It is a 1995 Riviera with 91,xxx miles on it...it has a new rebuilt alternator and serpentine belt as of March '07, a tranny flush and service at the same time. But I spent around 700 bucks on the car in March and now the brakes are shot, the tires need to be replaced and this missfire...i can't keep up with it, lacking a source of income. I haven't decided for sure if I'm going to sell it, but if anyone is interested in it, or would like more info on it and what I would be looking for, PM me. I have money in stocks that I may sell in order to buy something else, or to get my Delta 88 back on the road ( which also needs work to be road ready) I'm really sad about the Riv though, it is a really nice car and was fun to drive before these issues came up.

So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
Sounds sweet....and from what I remember, it sounds like a variation of the original colors on it.

So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
That actually sounds like an interesting idea, how is the Camino coming along, and did you decide on a color scheme?
-
So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
No problem Camino...btw those actually look different too...The one's on the Chevy don't have any identifying logo...however the actual two tone of the wheel seems different. Are you sure it's the same?
-
So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
Hey Camino...I did some searching and I found these on Coddington's site...they aren't an exact match, but seem close enough to be a start as to tracking the style you want down.

So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
Hmm...well I'm just throwing out ideas...here's a long shot, maybe Foose or Coddington?

So, does anyone know who makes this wheel?
Maybe American Racing?

Tulsa Plymouth Sunk?
She's not in the worst shape possible...I still say steam clean her and see where we're at. I mean the glass can't be rusty and it looks the same as the body...there is hope, the bumper proves it too.

Life update
Sorry to hear about the loss of the one you loved to another man, this just happened to me last week. My girlfriend of nearly three years, began an online romance behind my back with a guy and they began texting each other daily and talking over the phone. This was going on behind my back for quite some time, and then on June 7th I get a call from her saying "pick me up, I just got off work...we'll get something to eat and maybe rent a video" so I went to pick her up, and had to stop off at a supermarket (she stayed in my car) I came out of the store to find her on the phone with her new "friend" and when she got off the phone with him, she told me to take her home "he's going to call me back and I don't want you in the car when he does, we have a lot in common and I'm leaving you" All the while she's telling me this with a smile on her face. Crushed, and feeling as though my heart had just been ripped from my chest, I asked her why she was doing this to me, her response "because I can" that was the end, I took her back to her car, she got out, no goodbye, nothing...she got in her car and drove out of my life. I was planning on getting engaged to her by the end of the year, and was making plans to pick out a ring. Now I'm alone, and don't quite know what to do with myself...I'd like to get away for a while too, and I also really want to get my restoration under way for my Delta 88 to ease my mind. I wish you luck, and hope you can still post here from Germany.
