Kindof like the ps1 and ps2 in their last generations? They got small, tiny, and really plastic-y. Yeah they always upgrade the internals, at least more efficient, in each generation..

Negatron. Semi-on-topic. Do you play Gran Turismo?? Yeah, I have GT6 and the G27 Logitech racing wheel. Funny thing is, I only played the game for a couple weeks before it got shelved because my cat was in a wire-chewing phase and then we moved. Plus every time I looked for a specific modern car, I came up empty handed and it reminds me that it's still essentially GT4 with MAYBE 100 legitimately new cars (and I'm being generous) spanning 2004-2013. No meaningful DLC packs or anything. It's a f@#king blast playing with the stick shift and clutch pedal though. Yeah the cars are about as disappointing as it gets. of the 1200 cars 100 NSXs, 100 Miatas, 100 Civics, 100 GTRs, 100 S2000s..You get the point.. I honestly think 100 is an overshot. I don't think there are 100 modern cars on that game. Even Mustang on it is an '09. Well in GT6 they did add the Boss302 and GT500 which I really liked but there are just sooooo many of the same car with different stickers on it and less actually different cars. I still rock the ole controller.. lol I just don't have anywhere good to keep/use a wheel/pedals.

Oh $h! man... Sounds like a pain in the ass situation. Who ends up paying for those damages in a situation like that? does that fall back on you or the dealer..? I could see cases for both. Chorkie eh? I've never heard of them, so I looked them up lol. For the most part they seem to look more Yorkie than Chihuahua, which I think looks cuter. Regular Chihuahuas are not appealing to me.. Hopefully yours isn't yappy like them either lol. Any pictures of your little pup??? How old is he/she? Not the best pic, I had my flash turned of DOH! Also have a fleet of Beagles lol. Here is one of the pups. She/he looks like a little cutie! I think one of the biggest reasons I love yorkies over other 'toy' breed mixes with yorkies is the black in them, like yours actually. I love the black and brown. I know it slowly grows out of them but it's awesome while they are still young. Ours still has a all black back and partial back legs. I wish her ace was still black and dark brown like when they are puppies. He is a little rascal. He sleeps, plays for a bit, then back o sleep. He is 8 weeks old. He is prett fearless too. Was picking on the cats last night even though they are 2-3 times his size haha. 11 Beagles right now and one about to have pups. he Chorkie is the only purely inside dog. Also have a German Shepherd/retriever mix who is uge and the packs protector. OMG you have so many pups running around! When they're puppies they sleep all the time.. heck I think I read that yorkies will get like 16hrs of sleep/day. From sleeping at night and then sleeping while nobody is home.

Oh wow. Interesting in deed. Tiny, like you said compared to the controller! It actually looks kind of cheap. The first gen ps3s had a good pricey look to them with the no real buttons(which suck btw) and the size and all. I realize this one is probably 100 times more efficient from the manufacturing end to shipping to probably power consumption end..it just doesn't look that good. But I don't buy my systems based on looks lol.

Whhhaaaaat?? What did you do, stew?! +1. We at least need a story, man! I'm assuming you're okay because you made to back here..so that part is good. Basically I went to drive that Black Ram Express I had talked about earlier. Went up the road the dealer advised and got behind a Trike moving at a slower pace. I came to a passing lane and went to go around. Pretty sure they sped up on me. The lane ended WAY soon and at this point I was already committed and halfway by. Gave it some more gas, didn't see the sharp left-hander and bounced off the guardrail. Damage was minimal, dented and scraped on the side of the bumper cover and a scrape across both passenger doors. No injuries except to my pride and probably my wallet. It is all really kind of a blur at this point. I know the police was making them haul it back to the dealer because I wasn't going that fast (lack of major damage/skid-marks) and thinks there may have been a steering malfunction. There's the story, nothing too scandalous haha. Oh, that was my first real accident in 20 years of driving. Oh $h! man... Sounds like a pain in the ass situation. My is what I highlighted. I really don't drive any different when it's raining, unless it is a downpour - obviously. Actually, quick story. About a month ago the GF and I were taking our little girl to the vet Aww...a Yorkie. I have 4, 2 boys and 2 girls.. You have 4?!?!? I'm actually jealous. I always tell the gf that I want a small fleet of them because of how cute they'd be all running around playing! lol Have any pictures of yours???

Well, Thank you guys I ended up getting it to work. It really was as simple as just downloading the app from the Sony store. Which I didn't think A: I needed to download the Netflix app because I never did on mine, It just came with one of the recent updates and B: I didn't know there were 'apps' to even download for a PS3. I knew you're into the computer things..which even if you didn't have a PS3 you'd probably know a solution haha. Yeah hers is an old one that plays the old games, which is pretty neat. It just sucks they don't even use it for anything and when it craps out it'll kind of be a shame because aren't those semi-collectable ? Super slim? I didn't even know that was a thing. lol I guess mine is jsut a slim but the GF's is an old brick. That thing easily weighs twice what mine does. It's pretty incredible really. Yeah that is basically what I had to do. Once I downloaded it there was magically the TV/Video Services tab and with it came Hulu and something else.. It is like it knew the tab was supposed to be there, it just didn't want to show me. lol

They did but I wasn't up for it.. I was super disappointed once I saw nothing was on from noon till 7 on saturday. Why cover it over night but not during the day? Of course it will be hard to get good ratings at those times.

I thought that as well but just last week I hooked it up to the internet for the first time in probably a few years and updated it and then yesterday I double checked to make sure I did it and it said the software was up to date. I kind of skimmed through the settings but I didn't think there would be a setting for the tab that is supposed to have it. Do you have a ps3? If so(or familiar enough) on mine there is a "tab" on the homepage of the ps3 titled "TV/Video Services" and within there there is Netflix, Hulu, etc. And hers just doesn't have the tab at all. Ps. I almost just PM'd you because you were primarily my target for this post lol I think I may have found it, straight of of Sony's website. I'm just worried that it will only be for people with that "tab" I keep talking about. " From the home screen, navigate to the TV/Video Services section and select the Netflix icon. If you're not already at the home screen, hold the PS button in the middle of the controller, select Quit, then select Yes to return to the home screen. Select Yes when presented with: "To use this feature, you must download software. Do you want to download now?" The Netflix app will now begin downloading. If you do not see the Netflix app, follow the steps below to download it from the PlayStation store. Select PlayStation Store. Select Apps. Select Movies/TV. Select Netflix. Select Download."

Hey ladies and gents, So the gf and I finally got Netflix last night(signed up for it) and we had intended to use her ps3 because we are always at her house when we watch tv/movies. Well, i have a 3rd gen ps3, I think - first gen when they changed the "body". And I know I can watch Netflix from my PS3. Well hers doesn't have the "tv/movie services" tab like mine does. Sorry, forgot to say, she has a first gen PS3(plays ps2 games). The question really is.. can Netflix be watched from her first gen PS3? If so, how? Thank You!

My is what I highlighted. I really don't drive any different when it's raining, unless it is a downpour - obviously. Actually, quick story. About a month ago the GF and I were taking our little girl to the vet And the quickest way to get there is a little 10 mile interstate gaunt. Well it started to rain a little then it started to POUR. The hardest I've ever had it rain while I was driving. The flow of trafic slowed to about 35mph. And i would have continued to decelerate but it stopped not even 5 minutes after it started raining(that hard). I could bearly see the taillighs in front of me, which is why I would have continued to slow down.

That grinds my gears so much. It wasn't the last time I washed my car but the time before: Looked outside - 85 clear skies Checked forcast 0% rain for the next 2 days Long enough to appreciate my work Clean car Rains over night. Pissed off. Damn, I knew it was impressive numbers Yes the warranty was one of the biggest upsides..oh and I think it was only like 700ish dollars. So there were waaay more ups and downs to that upgrade package.

Extremely disappointed in the saturday coverage. I think I wanted a whole hour and a half of it. 10ish-1145. Then it wasn't on until 7 and I wasn't home then.
  17. ccap41 replied to Susimi's post in a topic in The Lounge
Yeah I'm pretty pissed myself. The start was on this morning ~9-1145 and then nothing till 7 tonight?!? But I think it's covered from then till the finish. Wtf? How is there no coverage from 12-7?????

Oh definitely, I assumed that if there was an entry for this year there would have been either spy shots of it oooooor they just hid testing very well because, like you said, you can't go in this raw. giggidy.

  20. Hands down the old Ford truck. It looks awesome just like that.
  21. How do we sue..ourselves..? pay higher taxes? lol All kidding aside, because it is a gov't program I would think you could only hold the individuals responsible right(because I'm not sure how the gov't goes after the gov't.. I'm sure there are legal ways I just do not know the sequence of events) ? but at that point the company is supposed to have their backs unless it is proved to be intentional neglegence.

You keep repeating this nonsense as if it’s true. Lincoln is not creating some one-off ultra-expensive magical platform that will sweep in and save the day for Lincoln. That does sound like Cadillac’s failed plan, based on sales and the topic of this thread, but it is NOT Lincolns. No, what Ford is creating via improvements in flexible manufacturing, is a platform that is FLEXIBLE to any direction they want to go in, for both brands, to accommodate FWD or RWD. At least that is the Rumor and leave it at that. And that would only be small fraction of the monies allocated for their Phase II development that will propagate over the next 5-6 years. Phase I completed recently with the rollout of the new MKX. Otherwise, believe WTF you want. Let's see if I got this right: -The platform is not "magical" but will apparently support RWD, AWD, and FWD applications. Uh... Sounds vaguely Gandalf-ish to me -Ford is NOT emulating Cadillac's supposed "failed strategy" of trickle-down chassis tech, but this platform will support both Lincoln and Ford products. Golly :/ -Ford is NOT emulating Cadillac's supposed strategy, and you know this based on what you then say "at least that is the rumor and leave it at that." Well, THAT has the ring of authority, right there. -Then, after blowing your whole argument out of the water ALL BY YOURSELF with that "rumor" disclaimer you go on to describe all the (Monopoly?) money Ford is going to spend on PHASE II of the project. Holy. Freaking. Crap. You write some incredibly stupid things. But this may well be the capper. Are you serious? Every automaker ever does that. If Ford is copying GM in anything it isn't the "trickle down effect". MB? BMW? Audi? Everybody pushes their high end tech into their top tier products to showcase them. C'mon 'Bong.. I know you aren't a Ford guy but saying they are copying the "trickle down effect" is ludacris and you know it. Ford doesn't do it. Yet. :D They don't? You mean to tell me the first EcoBoost was a 1.0l in the Fiesta? or was it in their largest, "fanciest"(I don't consider it fancy but you know it was the top of the line vehicle at the time) Ford Taurus SHO? Then their most popular trucks and now they have the 3.5eb in anything they can cram it in. It is just how every automaker works. Not just GM.
