  1. No power locks on the LS? Why?
  2. Not bad... I like the rear.... Not as sure about the front...too soft
  3. As the prices rise in the gas market, GM will see increased sales renewed interested in their "value pricing" Small car sales will rise (your right on time, 07 Aveo) Pursuit sales will actually help, not hinder Cobalt sales. (for those who don't want a Cobalt) sales will rise of 4 banger G6s and Malibus

Wow, that is a lot of snow... I'm hoping we don't have to see that...

CP, I would avoid oiled filters all together. They do improve the airflow, but at the cost of your oil and sensors. and since you don't live in a decent year round weather state, then they are pretty much useless. Same thing if you do more city driving. K&N actually protect less, as smaller particles get though the filter, dirting the oil even faster. and many times the film ends up on sensors, messing them up too. That might be ok for a large truck, but are useless in cars. I had one in my s-10 4.3, and I did see some benefit. I considered one for wife's car-but I wanted better filter protection-which paper filters offer.
  6. yep. I guess JG could fit in there...pole position and all... wow-that sounded quite bad....
  7. I've seen a rental Focus take some really rough abuse...so much so it stopped running...

  11. It really depends on what one is using these cars for....
  12. Very interesting about the v6s..
  13. I have to agree.. the 06s will slow a bit more this summer due to the gas prices...so pushing the new ones back is not going to hurt anything....
  14. Nope-unless yuo get hit with a large truck...
  15. Does this mean GM will finally end production early of these POS vans? They didn't sell them before, and after that-I see very large rebates coming...

Believe it or not, most all (80-85) of the DTSs are retail, which actually surprised even me.. Enterprise did get a few, but there are not really any fleet orders for them (at least not yet) In my area, there are quite a few DTSs around here....

Yes, the Lucerne is doing well. Though at the moment, production is slowing down, even though there are some dealers still ordering.... Production for both the Lucerne and the DTS are cutting back (no weekends-or overtime) I wouldn't worry though, as it is more new car product slowdown, and the updating of stuff for the 07s....
  20. Still think it has the better overall package, bland looks or not. I look at it as a smaller civic wagon. sitting inside, you really don't get that "i'm drving a covered lawnmower feeling" like you would in other cars. I have to agree with the F&F-it was quite nice.
