Looks like things aren't changing at GM as much as they'd like us to believe. My subcompact, 17 year old car is painted everywhere it should be. There's no missing paint. That primer area is gonna be the first place to rust.

yes, they are promoting themselves as a whole, good observation genius. but it's good for them to promote the company as a whole in addition to individual cars. Obviously not all the brands get the same amount of advertising. It makes sense to have a commercial that promotes them as a whole every now and then. It also helps raise awarenes and curiousity. Such as the Piutlook having the wraps somewhat pulled off it, a click of the new Sky, some of their new and upcoming technologies. I know other companies have done it even when they weren't under finiancial stress. Then and Now can be seen as a link that ties the high points with GM's history to the great new products they aare finally coming out with, and building awareness of them. Not so ignorant now is it?

Well I went to the junkyard again today with my dad. Saw the shadow...poor thing. An intrepid was stacked on top of it, the hood was gone, and saw was the fron t grill and bumper. No hope left for it. So we took the hatch off it for my dad's car. I took out the center console, cuz it has newer and better cupholders, and the fog light switch and wireing harness. It's pretty gutted now, probbaly gonna get crushed soo. It has all its wheels and tires though still...which is rare. The car may die but it's parts will live on! A moment of silence please... Also, I saw a `93 Seville there. Hood was detached and the driver's fender was gone...looked ok besides that. I sat inside and was amazed how nice ther materials were. Almost everything was soft touch, besides teh wood, metal and radio.

I saw like 5 of those in the junkyard today Still I like the Stratus (best grill of the three cars). I wouldn't mind owning one
