SPY SHOTS! 2009 Pontiac Vibe
Uhm, they don't call Sussex County "lower slower" for nothing, you know. In regards to the new Pontiyota, I despise the current one's interior. This one looks no better, IMO.

Dog Days - August
A Sienna, marooned in the far left lane of the Beltway. Apparently, it's radiator exploded: coolant was everywhere. The new Tundra's also becoming popular around here. I saw several examples that ranged from the vulgar base-model regular cabs to the Limited CrewMax 5.7L's. On the bright side, I saw a boat-tail Riviera, and the white '65 Cadillac Sedan deVille that recently appeared near my work is still there. I can look out the window at my leisure and admire it.

FRANKFURT: 2008 Chevrolet Aveo5
Eww. I think the current Aveo is much better-looking.

Should the Corvette abandon the V8 for an I6?
The Corvette has built a legacy off of offering authentic American V8 performance at a relative bargain. I wouldn't mess with that image. The Atlas I6 is a wonderful engine, my parents test drove a Trailblazer LT while we were shopping for the Venture. I'd love to have a Zeta or Alpha with a nice I6.

Cool rendering
Eh, I like the Challenger better.

If you wanted to get away, where would you go?
Somewhere in the Tuscarora Range or Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania, maybe western Cumberland County, PA or northeastern Charleston County, South Carolina. Those places are secluded enough that they'd fit the above criteria, but not so far away from a city that I'd feel isolated.

2008 Chevy Malibu on Chevrolet.com
I love the interior...especially the Ebony/Brick color combo. The LTZ seems to be pretty nicely-equipped, too.

All-new Mazda6 to Debut at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show
You talkin' to me? No CR demons here (I have better things to spend my money on), though I honestly can't say that the Accord is ugly anymore.

All-new Mazda6 to Debut at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show
IMO, the '08 Accord is by no means puke on a stick (at least compared to what predates it), but I see what you're saying. I think it looks pretty good, too.

Chevrolet: Cobalt SS Turbo, HHR (2LT or upcoming SS), '08 Malibu 3.6L, Equinox (LTZ or Sport), Corvette, Camaro, Trailblazer (If they put the Atlas I6 in a Silverado, I'd be all over that) GMC: eh (I'd recommend the Acadia to someone) Pontiac: G8, leftover GTO, G6 GTP, Solstice, Torrent GXP Saturn: Astra 3-door, Vue XR, Sky Buick: eh (Enclave would get a recommendation) Saab: 9-3 'vert Turbo Hummer: no Cadillac: '08 CTS, STS, DTS, SRX, Escalade- It's friggin' hot out here
