In Retrospect...
That Olds looks like a warmed-over Lumina...the Aurora looks sooo much better. And I remember those Plymouth Places-one came to my mall! I was 6 at the time, so I didn't understand it fully at the time...didn't know what to think of it.

'07 Sebring UNVEILED
The car's starting to look better to me, it's just the headlights that offend me. They're just too wide to be that swept back, imo. At least Chrysler put some inspiration into this Sebring's design...even if it does still look like a Crossfire sedan...

1988 Olds Toronado Trofeo
My aunt had a red '92 Trofeo with the VIC and Bose audio system. Awesome car. I was 8 when she traded it in for her Seville STS. I could probably entertain mself for hours if she kept it. Had a great exhaust note too...

'07 Sebring UNVEILED
I've seen worse, but not much worse...it looks like they tried to make it look elegant and expensive, but then had a change of heart and tried to make it look affordably expensive and the design got screwed up in the process. The lines in the hood look stupid as well. Looks more like a Crossfire sedan than anything. The interior is interesting-very angular. I like the backlights on the gauges.

PARENTS are stupid sometimes
I'd give them an A- My parents are great. There was a long time where my dad and I didn't see eye to eye on just about everything, and he'd try to mold me into his shadow. I almost told him that I hated him, but he stopped that and everything's all good now.

Illegal stuff you've gotten away with
*I drank a whole can of Budweiser when I was 5 *Swiped a couple of hangers from Kohl's *I put a Snickers bar in my coat pocket, walked around the store some more, and walked out with the Snickers (I forgot I put it there). *My dad bought like $1000 of fireworks in South Carolina and brought them up here (fireworks are very illegal in Maryland). We still have a little left, and they get used for special occasions (4th of July, Christmas, Super Bowl, etc). *Used the side of I-68 as a rest room *Almost raced a guy in a Mustang on Coastal Highway in Ocean City while driving my mom's Venture. Decided not to since she was in the front seat. And that's about the worst I've done...

looking forward to...
I'd have to say the whole Zeta line would be my first pick. But the next-gen Lambda minivans and new midsize pickups are a pretty close 2nd, as well as any halo car for any of the divisions.

Why the new Camaro will fail
If Ford can sell the Mustang for under $25,000, I can't see GM not being able to do the same thing. IIRC, the Mustang GT starts around $25,000, so GM had better be able to give us a V6 Camaro for well under that amount. And I don't understand why he's fussing over insurance-that differs from area to area, company to company, situation to situation, person to person. I can think of cars that would cost more to insure (Ferrari, Bugatti Veyron, Bentley, etc) than a Camaro. I honestly don't see where this guy is coming from. What did the Camaro ever do to him? Personally insult him?

Sketch Competition #6 - Cadillac Coupe
Thanks! This was more of a 'let me see if I can do this' kind of drawing than anything. But I'll practice a little more and try again later...

Sketch Competition #6 - Cadillac Coupe
Count me in... Nothing fancy, just an evolution of the last-gen Eldorado. I apologize for using lined paper, but I couldn't find any unlined paper around here (we're fresh out of printer paper). I also realize that I didn't shade the tires in, but when I did and re-scanned it, the picture came out really fuzzy, so just imagine the tires are black...

Disrespected at Pontiac dealership
That's sad-if anything, he should be thanking you for chosing his dealership over the one you bought the car at.

Paranormal
My dad's company restored this Japanese guy's house who claimed he was abducted. It was funny, because the guy tried to get my dad to give him an "abductee discount." I think my dad gave him $5 off the job. He also called Tony Blair the Tooth Fairy and William Howard Taft Santa Claus, but that's another story...

Do you like or hate thunderstorms?
I like thunderstorms-especially the really powerful ones that roll across here every now and then. It's interesting to see the bright blue sky turn jet-black over the course of a few minutes when one is coming.

Paranormal
Do I think that we are not alone in the universe? Yes. The universe is far too big for us to be the only intelligent life around. Do I think that aliens are en route to destroy/enslave/abduct the human race? No. I'll just say that I do think that there are ghosts...I like to think that there are at least.

Philosophically speaking, are you happy?
Sounds just like me...things aren't bad, but they'd be better with a special someone.
