Seems to be much better executed than the last Colorado. I hope the interior materials are vastly improved. Given that the Silverado is now outrageously priced, perhaps there will be a little breathing room for the Colorado to succeed.

Kinda fussy styling. The design isn't botched like the MCE of the last generation Accord Coupe, but still a slight improvement over last year's model. Honda's slogan 25 years ago was "We keep it simple", and Honda would be wise to revisit that era when Hondas were known as jewel-like vehicles that were innovative and fun to drive.

I think this is a good idea and will be more practical for a lot of people than an Escalade. I have faith in GM that it won't be a simple badge job.

ELR despite the FWD proportions. Visually, it's a nicely balanced and lacks some of the weird touches that the other models have been getting.

I've had only a brief drive in a Genesis sedan, and it struck me as being similar to a Lexus in that it was very comfortable and smooth. If I were in that market, I'd certainly be willing to consider the car despite the lack of pedigree or badge that would impress the neighbors.

If sales of the GM trucks were on fire, then the price increase can be justified, but that is not the case. And if their only reason to raise the price by that amount is to offer an equal amount in incentives, that just makes it seem like they need incentives to move inventory. Prices for pickups are already ridiculously high, and this is not helping.

I haven't bought a new vehicle in the last 7 years. My mileage for the above vehicles is 139,000 for the Prelude, 56,000 for the Lexus, and 30,000 for the Silverado.

Ford GT. Don't know the last time I saw one of these things. I happened to drive along it for a few miles. Very noisy to the point of annoying. Had "GT-40" badging on the side instead of "GT". Pic through my dirty windshield:
