  1. The biggest problem isn't really the actual user. It's the many journalists out there. If the person drives the car, they would have accepted the "defect" (not even sure if there is one at this point of time) already. They won't even buy it in the first place if they didn't like it right?
  2. Well if I recall, mute made a Buick version. Hell no. Please.
  3. No, this is not the G2. The G2 is the Matiz, which is the Chevrolet Spark / Daewoo Matiz. Gentra's bigger.
  4. Roof reminds me of a Porsche Cayman S.
  5. They need to replace those horizontals with a honeycomb.
  6. Dealers sometimes ain't that great either. In my last oil change, I went to a Pontiac dealer instead of my usual Chevy dealer, because their schedule was full. They cracked my oil plug, or whatever they call it. It's not covered by warranty (they claim), and they made me pay for it. They said they can't screw it back on. But I got stupid there, they did sound like they're cheating me. How did they manage to keep the changed oil in the engine with a broken plug? Oh well... That's the only bad experience I've had with dealers. I'm not taking my car to that dealer ever again, even if my car is a Pontiac. I'm taking it back to my Chevy dealer. But anyhow, my friend now understands the insides of oil changes. But since his car is still brand new like mine, we're still taking our cars back to our dealers, since if anything happens, we have someone to yell at.

Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin dialects, spoken and mostly written. Mother tongue with Cantonese. English, fluent second language. French, basic read/write, slight spoken.
  8. Camaros have it... just if the new one will have it.
  9. But I thought the question here is access, not space. BTW, my trunk is very deep, vertically. So I suppose the top shouldn't eat too much space. And the trunk, according to Pontiac.com, is double hinged.
  10. Actually, we have that thing in Canada. It's called the Acura CSX. So since when did GM's designers jumped the board to Honda?
  11. Crap... too easy...
  12. Well, since some of you guys are saying putting a 4-cylinder in an SS is bad and SS should only be affixed to things with V8s... Chevy did actually had another SS without a V8. This was well before the 2004 Impala. What is this?
  13. I started flooring my G6... But it seems it's liking it I find cleaning up the interior is the most important. Keeps bad odours out.
  14. To be honest if I'm forced into a Camry, I'd prefer the last last-gen, i.e. the pre-2003 redesign model. Cars nowadays just look like inflated by a bicycle pump.
  15. The windshield decal looks tacky though. Otherwise very nice.
  16. Not at the moment, but likely in the future, when I try to realize my dream. Deciding between a Solstice or a Camaro/Firebird Convertible (if exists).
  17. I just checked my manual. I read through the sections about the trunk and the retractable hardtop, no mentions that the top must be up for the trunk to be accessible. However, there is one line here mentioned: "The retractable hardtop will not operate if the trunk cargo cover is not in place." I wonder what this means, and is this the thing that is obstructing access to the trunk.
  18. An updated B-Body platform. One version per brand, affordable large RWD.
  19. Actually for the morning assembly thing, they do in all these Japanese companies. They so call it "morale-boosting". I've heard of stories that they assemble all the employees on roofs of buildings and force them to yell slogans and stuff before work. Yes, they're wierd.
  20. .... and making hydrogen peroxide in the process by accident and ended up drinking that
  21. I'll probably send my G6 back, because breaking down in 3 weeks probably means it's a lemon. I'll ask them to give me another one, or maybe a GT or GTP But if it did happen and I did have to buy another car... let's see: Malibu Maxx or used Alero.
  22. I might be able to confirm if this is true. I recall that there are already instructions about the hardtop convertible in my manual. Let me check if there is anything about the trunk. I'll plow through the manual tomorrow.
  23. Astra. The others are no match if you compare like this. BTW, I was told somewhere that the Astra is NOT Delta.
  24. No. At least I don't need it. I don't need to go to parts of the cities that I don't know.
