  1. Seems like the justification is to make it cheaper. On the surface doesn't sound too good. http://blogs.cars.com/kickingtires/2008/07...t-gas-tank.html
  2. I'd take Lacetti over Cruze. Just for the love of god don't call it Optra.

Why does each generation always have to look worse than the previous? Ewwww..... [source: Car and Driver] http://www.engadget.com/2008/07/07/2010-pr...sign-influence/
  4. 1. How many new Saabs have you purchased/leased since the 1998 model year? None 2. Do you intend to purchase/lease a new Saab in the next two model years? Trying to get my pa to replace his S80 with a 9-3, but unfortunately buying cars in Hong Kong is just that expensive.
  5. The black on black scheme looks awesome on this car. I'll have mine with tinted windows, please.
  6. 1. No 2. No. Nothing interests me in the lineup.
  7. 1. No 2. No. Not interested in trucks.
  8. 1. Nope 2. Unlikely. Nothing in the lineup interests me.
  9. 1. Nope 2. Not in the near future. Can't afford one. Only one that I'm interested in the lineup is the CTS.
  10. 1. How many new Saturns have you purchased/leased since the 1998 model year? None 2. Do you intend to purchase/lease a new Saturn in the next two model years? No, unless they start calling them Opels and actually bring over the whole lineup.
  11. 1. How many new Chevrolets have you purchased/leased in the last decade ('98 model year and up)? 1. The dreadful 2002 Cavalier. 2. Do you intend to purchase a new Chevrolet in the next two model years? If anything happens to my G6, maybe a Malibu, but highly unlikely.
  12. 1. How many new Pontiacs have you purchased (or leased) in the last decade (since the '98 model year)? Just one, my G6 in 2006. Previously had the leased Cavalier in 2002. 2. Do you intend to purchase/lease another new Pontiac in the next two model years? Depends, if the Solstice is still around I might think of it and depending on my financial situation. Probably as a second car. Or if the G6 returns NOT AS A REBADGED MALIBU and has a proper manual option not on the top of the line.
  13. It's chopped. Look closely at the Chevy badge. The slant on the two sides of the bowtie aren't parallel.
  14. The 2009 G8 model showed up on the car locator on GM Canada... hopefully that means someone has them up here.
  15. Hong Kong. I figured it would be obvious I'm not in Canada when my other car spotting post said I saw Alfas...
  16. Well, the G6 WAS the better car when NA Epsilon first hit. Look at the previous gen Malibu. If anything was more half-baked, that Malibu was. They just had to keep it up to date, and this isn't the way.
  17. And no matter how many times we say this, we know it ain't happening.
  18. The Morocco (orange/black) leather was gone, but not the tan.
  19. EDIT - Never mind, didn't see it was a "proposal".
  20. Oh, and I highly doubt it's 2009, since the specs are out on the Online Guide and they didn't mention there's a refreshed fascia, as they usually do.
  21. The only change they did was reshaped the front grille to give the squarer look of the G8 and Vibe, then paint the side skirt body-coloured. Otherwise everything else is the same. Sorry, but this doesn't work. GM, you showed us how refreshes are done PROPERLY with the 9-3, but you're giving us this? Try again.
  22. Maybe if sales is good GM would reconsider the coupe and wagon versions...
  23. I'm seeing a whackload of Nissan GT-Rs.
  24. Which is ridiculous.
  25. I can see the Solstice being an excellent donor for a kit car.
