TCC Test: 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander
It looks like Mitsubishi poured a lot into this program and I think it shows. Sure, the third row headrests look like alien heads but it's all good.

$400 Million Budgeted for GMT900 Pickup Ads
1/3? Better be good ads that lead to big sales.

Why you should never drive behind a 747...
The 747-400 is the most recent one (starting being manufactured in the 80's) and you can tell them apart from the older models due to their lengthened top deck. The 747-8 will be coming out in a few years, I believe, to battle the A380 from Airbus.

Pricing: The 2007 Saabs
I think the 9-3 Convertible is a tad expensive.

How many would rather drive in stead of flying.
I drove about 11 hours to southern North Carolina and it was hell. I would much rather fly. I like flying.

Great video. There is some good stuff on YouTube.

The Mitsubishi "25 Years in America" campaign
That's what I was thinking. Not that I have a problem with it or anything.

Eight Speeds Not Just for Lexus Anymore?
Caddy should do well with the 8-speed and deserves it. I wouldn't give it to Buick just to keep the brands separate and avoid overlap. By the way, I think I should take a walk down LS memory lane and see what some of you said about the Lexus 8-speed. :AH-HA_wink:

Thanks for posting photos of Brisbane. Here's Philadelphia (5th largest city in America), courtesy of Google (even though I live in the suburbs): Independence Hall (where USA was founded): City from the Art Museum steps (day): At night: City Hall (tallest masonry building in the world; largest municipal building in North America): Art Museum from Benjamin Franklin Parkway: Art Museum from Kelly Drive: Benjamin Franklin Parkway: Boathouse Row (site of major rowing teams; capital of rowing in the U.S.): Fairmount Water Works (as seen from the Art Museum): Elfreth's Alley (America's oldest residential street): Liberty Bell (with Independence Hall in the background): Liberty Bell Pavilion: Logan Square Fountain: Benjamin Franklin Bridge:

Great new shot of the Acadia and others
It looks great until you see it side-by-side with the Outlook. I'll take an Enclave.

First Look: 2007 Honda Civic Si Sedan
Did Honda put some junk in the trunk or does it still have a flat ass?
-
07 Tundra pics
You could say that about many engines these days.

Edmunds Evaluation: 2007 Acura TL Type-S
It looks too ricey for its segment, IMO. I do agree with Siegen; the TL looks better than the 3 and I would choose it over the 3.

Spied: 2008 Mini Clubman
I think it looks cool and, if priced right, would sell tons.

GM Announces Best Warranty of Full-Line Automakers
The one where people are jumping onto car carriers are very corny. Just as bad as Mr. Opportunity from Honda.

Facebook getting too over-the-top
I discovered the new feature yesterday and was kind of weirded out about it. I guess I could care less, though. Croc, I'd like to see your FB someday.

Chevron strikes black gold in the Gulf of Mexico
I'd say at least $10 billion to search for the oil, construct a rig, install the rig and needed infrastructure improvements, and begin extracting the black gold. Something tells me that's being conservative, though.

Nissan Qashqai Officially Unveiled
The interior looks pretty nice but the exterior is kind of plain. Is this basically a jacked up Vibe?
-
GM Announces Best Warranty of Full-Line Automakers
Didn't think of that. Now I have no problem with the change.

07 Tundra pics
I think it makes the new Silverado look dorky. Kind of like the jock and the nerd with taped glasses.

Nissan Qashqai Officially Unveiled
Not with that name.

Dodge Nitro in person
The non-base models with body-colored bumpers look amazing even with the generic DCX interior. Why would Dodge send out such a cheap model for preproduction showing?

...
I love the front but the 3/4 design gets lost in translation from large RWD sedan to midsize FWD sedan. The rear end is alright, nothing really special about it, but the 3/4 looks squished and, IMO, does not flow with the rest of the car. It looks weak and frail compared to the tough front clip. The C pillar trim has to go, too. Overall, the car looks plastic-y for some reason. I guess it's the photo but it kind of appears to be a blown up 1/18 die cast car.

GM Announces Best Warranty of Full-Line Automakers
Great move. My only small irk is that Saab and Caddy share the same warranty with Chevy and Saturn.
