Europe's dash for biofuels could accelerate the destruction of tropical rainforests, the European Commission admitted on Thursday. The EU's executive arm said that the 27-member bloc's decision to increase tenfold its consumption of vehicle fuel made from crops by 2020 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions would increase the pressure on virgin land, especially in Asia. Ummm, I just assumed you knew it was 22K Euro-Dollars and was just an average. Do the conversion, it comes out to about 29K USD. Do you always act this way?

The G8 can't go to fleets, because they can barely get 30k here, but pehaps they can put all those left over GTOs into fleet since they are still on the dealer lots, or maybe Lutz can have a Fat Chevy Cavalier fire sale. I won't be eating crow, but I know a few who will be. Bon Appétit!

My point was, Delaware is Southern. I can't answer the plant tour thing since I work for Opel, so my focus is not North America, anymore, but everywhere else these days.

So where in Filthadelphia are you? I used to have an office in the Philadelphia Zone office in Radnor, PA, not to far from Villanova University, when there was a Philadelphia Zone office. I'm like a GM Gypsy these days, as long as I have my laptop, my office is where ever I am. I do keep a real office in Wilmington Assembly when I'm there.

The day that Delaware was going to vote to leave the union, Lincoln sent 40,000 Federal troops to our state capital to make sure they didn't. Wilmington only gives plant tours to special groups, there hasn't been individual plant tours in ten years.

It's not so much what they make, but the people at Wilmington that make the difference for me.
