I don't understand how the Ram Mega Cab 'dooms' anything. Its just a big-ass Ram with a fireplace on the dashboard. Even as big as it is, it simply makes up for the traditional lack of second-row room in Dodge extended and crew cabs. As a truck, it offers nothing really innovative besides bigness. Ditto with Tundra Crew Cab.

Caddy-lack is one I've also heard, too, along with Bonny-vill. I suspect most of the time its intentional, just like saying 'Park' or ''Burban' in place of the actual name. For my car, I've also heard mispronounciations like Uh-rawr-ruh, Oh-roar-ruh, and my favorite, Acura.

Bonny-vil is a corruption on the correct pronounciation, but I'd have to slap myself if I ever said pronounced it Frenchly.
