1. Who? Me? ...I'm ..uhh ..16. :D
2. Sixty8... But I love Berettas. I don't want those ridiculous Lumina coupes labelled as one. :P And don't get me started on the Unibody thing... http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif But this does remind me of something. Behind my uncles camp (soon to be ex-wife's home) back in the woods is a... 3rd gen (I think) MC. It's dark.. actually it may be two tone. It isn't in all that good condition... I mean, it's not all there. Anyways, I've been meaning to take a pic of it. Who knows... maybe somebody would want it. It could probably be had fo free. :D Just for the hell of it... There's an '80s Impala back there too. Has no engine, wheels, glass, and a small tree fell on it (not too bad).
3. Hmm... I take it you don't want *real* gems... :P No Fieros, I guess.
4. Wow, Sixt8... You found some cars that fit the name perfectly! They're just so old!
5. The main thing I don't get is the headlights... The rest, I can somewhat see...

NOS, I'm going to kill you... :D
7. Nos... how could you? :o :P Anyways, happy birthday, Cort!
8. I'm on Dial-up... It sucks. Really sucks with a crappy PC. But $6/month for dial-up is cheap and my parents are cheap. So... they don't care as they don't get on.
9. Yeah... well, the backroads around here don't have very long straights and they are very rough. I have to drive the hell out of it to get speed just before I get to one. Basically, I need to be going 70 around some tight turns. Not easy with the road being so rough and with only two good tires. And as I said, I had to slow down for a damn Civic unless I wanted to rear end him. I would have just tried again, but can't really be wasting gas until its back below $2/gal, which will never happen. :D
10.
When you become a grown man, you'll see what I'm talking about.  It doesn't have to be a full-fledged big car, just given a couple of more inches to actually become something meaty.  It's more important that the roofline is broken out and different shaped front seatbacks are used moreso than actually making a longer car.  No Pontiac has to be a family car, but it should be able to seat four six-footers comfortably.
Grown man? And what the hell do you mean by that? Otherwise, I think I still disagree. I don't want a "meaty" car. That sounds like something to describe the Charger. Not very flattering. So, if meaty means that or like a Camry or Accord, I don't want it and the G6 does not need to be that. The G6 is the perfect size as it is. Yeah, it lacks rear headroom... But if you want to complain, do it about the Grand Prix. It has alot less than the G6.
I think it's time to leave the fours to compacts.
What compact? I don't see a true Pontiac compact.
As addressed earlier, the roofline is part of the room problem.
It's not a problem. It looks great.
The intermediate segment is as good a place as any for a wagon. I mean a 5-door.  And I also think this current coupoe could have been a 3-door with that shape.
First, can you just refer to it as midsize? Thanks... Second, thats not what I meant. Take a look at sales... Why else do you think Honda and Toyota don't sell them? Midsize coupes sell better than them...
BTW, if the G6 is so perfect, is that the car you want right now?
Why yes it is, actually... I'd love to replace my GA with one. But it isn't perfect. I have a few problems with some styling details, a minor problem with the coupe, and a huge problem with the interior.
Doesn't seem to cost that much at Subaru.
Hmmm... How much does a base Legacy cost compared to a G6, etc. Same with a base Impreza compared to a base Cobalt, etc.
If you mean "own styling," as in a touch of something else added here and there like the M3 or the GTOs of yesterday, that's my idea.  A completely different stand-alone car doesn't say GTO, it says exotic, and that kind of car may as well get a different name.  It also says higher insurance rates.
No... That's not what I meant. This isn't the '60s anymore. The GTO should not be a V8 powered G6 with a few add-ons here and there. People will complain. People do now about how it looks like a GA or GP and its not even close to being based on them. Will people magically not-complain more with your idea? I doubt it. Completely different styling is needed.
They could call it Beaumont or Acadian for all I give a crap, as long as they get it right.
If you don't care... You might as well not care about the rest either.

What is it? My PC can't do links...
12. Cory Wolfe replied to ocnblu's topic in The Lounge
Well... I guess swallowing a fly that had landed in my pop can't compare to all that...

Well... You know what I mean: Windows and such. And it all sucks compared to Apple. :D
14. Yeah... I have had a newfound respect for this color since I got it. Anyways.... Got it to about 90 before having to slow down for a Civic going 40. Jeesh... Damn Civic. :P

Hmm... Maybe Microsoft will finally make a non-crappy computer, now. Anyways, I'm against outsourcing, but maybe its necessary. Lakefire has made many points about this. Makes sense, too. So...
16. Option 5 sounds nice. :D But if not that one, I think option 1 would be fine. Although I'm not sure its available with a stick. Still, weighing about 3500lbs and having a 167hp engine won't make for a very fast car. I mean, the 200hp V6 goes to 60 in 8 seconds. So it'll probably do it around 8.5 to 9 seconds. Maybe more.
17. Can someone look at ToniCipriani's sig for me...? Thanks.
18. Celica? Really? ...Huh, I can't see it anywhere. Where exactly in the fascia do you guys see it?
19. Yes, well anybody that does can go to f**king hell after I run their f**king asses over. :D

Well, I can't help that people from your area don't take care of their cars. Around here... out in the country, people do. They may be retarded rednecks, but they do. And GAs are not looked down upon like they are in cities which are full of snobs who could care less about a car as long as it has the right emblem.
21. Bigger? ...If bigger than the Legacy means bigger than the current G6, I disagree. Width and track would be fine, however. But the G6 is the perfect size as it is. Okay... Not a bad idea, but I think a 170-190hp I4 as a base with a turbocharged version optional. However, this is only if it loses weight. At it's current 3500lbs... a non-turbo I4 is unacceptable. Above those engines should be the 2.8L turbo V6 as well as a 3.6L turbo V6. Hold up... What? I'm confused... but I think I disagree with everything. Leave the roofline alone. No wagon... I'm not against wagons, but leave it for a larger or smaller vehicle. And fastback sedan? What the hell does that mean? Compared to most sedans, the current sedan isn't very notchback like... and I like it just the way it is. It's perfect. So if you mean fastback like the coupe... I'm going to have to disagree. Even the coupe is way too fastback like, IMO. Standard? ...Okay, I can deal with that, but I think it may be a bit expensive. What? If you mean that the GTO would get it's own styling and stays RWD... Maybe. As for the name... No, no, no, no, no. Grand Am. I'm already pissed enough about it not being on the G6. And you can't bring up its image since LeMans is an Opel/Deawoo hatchback and Tempest is Corsica sedan. So don't bother.
22. Um... Mercury Sable? :P
23. I saw the car in my sig... Blue G6 GTP sedan. Ahh...
24. Does he have to? If he thinks the Civic is ugly, that could be enough justification to not get it over the Cobalt... regardless of how much better the Civic may drive, or etc. And if he is happy with his Cobalt SS, it shouldn't matter.
25. Yeah... in like 15 out of 60 or so vehicles... Cadillac: STS, DTS, CTS, XLR, SRX (Escalade?) Buick: Lucerne, Rainier Chevy: Corvette, Trailblazer (more?) GMC: Envoy(?, more?) Pontiac: Grand Prix, Vibe Saturn: Relay, Aura(?) Saab: 9-3, 9-5, 9-7x Wow... that's alot. And most are not cheap being more than $25k.
