  1. Yeah, that's my main beef with the Vibe, too. Anyways, it has been up for a few days now. That's how I got the new sig. I was going to start a thread about it... But never did and now someone else did. :P One of the neatest things on it is the G6 index 360 view. Very cool and very interactive. I love seeing the exterior, then the structure, the interior, and finally the drivetrain. So cool. Seperate ones for sedan and coupe. I also love the new pics... :D

  3. Well, I saw my first HHR on the road... So that's good. It was a blue LT. Mmm... I also got up close and personal with the loaded purple LT at the dealer. The interior is nice. Roomy (for me), but not overly big. Looks really nice. I also got to witness a PT Cruiser owner check it out... Interesting. She loved it. Said "it's much nicer" and "there's more room in the back". Her husband couldn't stop saying how it's the same thing as the PT. What an idiot. Oh... I almost forgot... The goddamn plastics were hard and felt cheap. It absolutely sucks now... Ugh! :rolleyes: :P j/k I also saw the new PT again. I need to take some pics to show how mediocre it is in comparision. I saw the new Ram, too. The front looks good. Better than expected. Same with the interior. However, those headlights are huge!

  8. Out of the three xB's I've seen... each were driven by gray/white haired ladies. Elements are up there too... I've seen more, so not all had discolored hair. Actually one was by a 20-something blonde... :P But it is a big exception. :D

  12. I must admit the two tone GTP interior looks good... But the wood is definitly out of place. There should never be wood trim in a Pontiac. Never. I think I'd rather have it spray painted. :puke: Now the interior needs a new center stack and console that flows and available NAV. Some more metal accents too. And as Bobo says... those mirrors look so cheap. I don't understand how hard it is to paint them. The Grand Am in GT form had body colored mirrors... and that was back in 02 (before they changed them to the ugly Alero mirrors; unpainted, for 03). Or was 01? Bleh.. I'm too tired to remember, but its retarded and makes any vehicle with them look like crap.
  13. Well, if this is thread that is supposed to convince me tha OHV is in some way better than OHC... I don't see the point. Each has their highs and lows... It really comes down to preferences. Do you prefer high or low end power? I happen to prefer high end... However there is another thing that helps decide between the two... Overall refinement. Look at any LS series V8... they are perfect. More refined than some OHC V8s. This is excellent, however when it comes to V6s... they lack it. I know the General has the resources to do it, but it hasn't happened. I don't know why. If they could make an OHV V6 that is the equivilant the LS OHV V8s... They'd have a winner.

Nice to see you've finally figured me out. Jeesh, Fly, get with the program. :P As for me being this way in real life... I am. I'm just too shy for it to come out. So it gathers in my thoughts...   15. Hmm... I do bash Buick, but I bash my own Pontiac too. I also bash Chevy, GMC, Hummer, Saturn, Saab, and GM as whole... Your point is? And hey, if I want to bash something while telling someone else not to, I will. It's not like I expect it happen. Very few people take my posts seriously as it is... I'll still get pissed though. That's garanteed. Also, say what? So... all those applications of the P-body were un-modified? Ah.. ya know what? Nope. Perhaps the EV1, though, but I don't know much about it. I know enough of the others... The Malibu/Cutlass were more N-Body than P-body. Lots of shared componants. Besides, most people classify it as an N and guess what... it's in the registry as well. As for the Spectrum/Storm... once again, modified. Not sure exactly how much, but it had to be modified in some way to go from ME to FE. It isn't as easy as just turning it around. As for Razor... Well, I find the first thing you said very amusing. I really wasn't bashing Buick that much. Ooh, wow, I said Buick's headquarters needs to be moved to China. Well, hey, it isn't my fault that better Buicks are being built in China. Blame that on... Whoever the hell made that so. I also said I love Pontiac more than I do Buick. Oh yeah... so much bashing. You do realize that I love Buick, right? Or was that overlooked too? So please read my response to Fly as well as the original post in response to you. Maybe you won't ignore/overlook so much this time... As for Pontiac getting all that attention... Well tell that to all the people who continously bash Pontiac. It seems most people think Pontiac's in far worse shape than Buick. I'm just too big of a Pontiac fanatic to stop being Pontiac selfish. So, that'll never change...That's just me. Woo... talk about long post... with nothing about the Chinese Regal. Isn't it just great? Ahh... Wait, wait, wait... forgot the grow up comment.   19. Other than the rear and interior, it doesn't look any better than the production G6. I love the profile, but it really isn't practical for production. Can you say less rear headroom than Grand Prix? And that grill is just terrible... Ugh. If anything, I just wish the concept's engine, AWD system, and interior could be put onto the production version. Maybe the rear too... but it's no biggie.
  20. I don't know what car you're looking at, but it surely isn't a G6 coupe. I find the rear to be lacking many of the Pontiac traits that I like. It's not more of the same... it's a departure from the Pontiac norm. I'm still not sure if I like it. Otherwise, I'd say you're pretty spot on. Especially with the interior... Ugh, that center stack/console. Wait... I found another thing I disagree with. Pontiac picking up new design cues. First off, I still don't see what you're seeing... They are the same front/rears? Well, I'd hate to hear what you have to say about Porshes... But, damn, they look different to me. Especailly across the lineup. Anyways, those design cues are why I love Pontiac... Remove them and you can kiss my ass good-bye. Also, you say it's unsuccessful because non-Pontiac fans won't be convinced. Uh... I'm probably the site's biggest Pontiac fan and I'm not all that convinced. Why? Because it isn't like what I'm used to seeing at Pontiac. It's a departure. If anything, it'll be more popular among non-Pontiac fans.

  22. Razor... You look at it that way while I look at it a different one. Those Oldsmobiles and Buicks were just rebadged Pontiacs. Oooh... wow. How exciting. You just make the one you like the least the rebadged one. Technically, most, if not all were co-developed... all coming out at the same damn time. Making neither way of looking at it correct. Same with the Chevies. I will give you the Torrent, though... As well as the GTO. Those are obvious. But, hey, atleast Pontiac had a platform all their own. The P-body... Something neither Buick and Olds could say. Chevy could have with the Y-body, but XLR came around. They could still with the old Corvair, though. And if you weren't so ignorant, you'd realize that Pontiac needs all the help it can get because GM's quality has sucked, GM bastardized it, and GM starved with bad decisions like Saturn and such. You know it, but you're too busy being ignorant since I love Pontiac more than Buick. And guess what? One may have to go... If I had to pick, I'd pick the one that overlaps with another brand and that I love less. I don't neither brand to go. Also, I think you may have read over the posts in which I proclaimed that Olds was my 2nd favorite brand until GM slaughtered it. So, please don't bash Pontiac again... I really don't want to get pissed off.

I would have expected a Fiero's tips to be bigger than a GA's. But then that Fiero has a complex opening unlike my GA. But what I want to know, is why the hell we're talking about this? This is just wierd... we might as well start a poll. :blink: :huh: :unsure:
  25. I much prefer the 9-3's interior over this. And yes, the one with lots of buttons. Same with the exterior... and the drivetrain... I don't see much of a reason to buy this new 9-5.
