Yeah... I think I'll agree with LA that the design can get old very fast. Balthy's going to kill me, but I think it looks old as it is. Especially those headlights. :P Anyways, I wonder when I'll have my first "GA pride" moment... :unsure:

It looks like it could be the next Ion... However, those headlights look very Cobalt-like, IMO. So... you got me. Either one or the other is my guess.

I think part of the problem with Oldsmobile is that it... well... look at the name. Oldsmobile. It really didn't match the last few vehicles... The Aurora, Alero, Intrigue. All anything but old-looking, you know? As for Buicks... Well, they abandoned any sportiness they had. What happened to all the coupes? What happened to all the T-Types? What happened to all the turbos? What the hell happened? Nowadays... I don't think I'd want to be seen in a new Buick.

Yes... it was. Lost 5hp too. Although I didn't realize the redline was that low. The gauges clearly show it to be higher than that. I think that's a case of not getting what was paid for... :P j/k But damn. I thought I hadn't come close to the redline yet, but if that is really what it is, I just about hit it a few times... Oh well... Since you revived this thread, I might as well type some more... I haven't gone for a top speed run, yet. I keep meaning to, but I can't find a long enough straight stretch where cops don't lurk. So far, it's still only been up to about 80. I have, however, had some serious fun on the road commonly called "Rollercoaster Road". It earns that name. Woo... Talk about stomach butterflies. And I was only going 60 down it. If I went any faster, I may have left the ground. Don't know, though... I'll have to try. :D Also, another thing I've been meaning to try is a FWD burnout. It can be down, but maybe not with the GA. If the conditions are right, I may be able to. The feel of some starts make me think so... But I'll just have to try it. B) Oh, lastly, the PA GA meet is in less than a week now... Can't wait.

The problem with getting rid of GMC is that it really is pure profit... However this comment is completely redundant: I keep hearing this... But hello?!?!? Do you not think this applies to other GM brands? Well it does and it isn't a viable reason for this fact.

I hate Kanye... He's too damn cocky. Even moreso than me, wouldn't you say, Sixty8? And like Josh, think he's overrated. I don't like the music either... Bleh. Now that's not because of the Bush comment... That just made me hate him even more. :P But speaking of music... I really want to get Avenged Sevenfold's new album. I've first heard of their music on Nascar Thunder 04... How ironic? But I really want this CD... their other two ones as well. I want to get System of a Down's new one as well... :D

I think that's the pic too, Northie... Probably because those are all either new or performance leaders. G6 coupe? New. Torrent? New. Solstice? Both. GTO? Performance. GP GXP? Performance. That makes sense... and I don't think I would want to highlight the SV6 or Vibe. :P

Of course the front is... But the rear... I just don't see it. Yeah there are few simularities... inner taillights, and license plate area... But those are minor. Look at the shapes... of the trunk lid, the taillights... It's all something I never would have expected to see all that on a Pontiac. The overall look as well. Maybe in person it looks different, but that's what I see from all the pics. Huh... Well, I absolutely love those seats. I think they're awesome and much better than the silver on the black seats, IMO.
