  1. Hmmmmm, which should I choose for my kid? A Civic with wheels that fall off or an Astra? Can someone help me with this decision?
  2. I am a big fan of the BRX idea, and I agree that AWD is the only way it should be. Small luxury SUVs are an emerging market and Cadillac needs to be right in there in the thick of it with a great product. A diesel would be a bonus, as would the DI 3.6 as the top engine. I hope they can keep the weight down though. GM vehicles tend to be piggy lately.
  3. Camino, sometimes as we get older the chemicals in our brain become slightly unbalanced and it can cause you to do that. If you don't already, start taking a vitamin and eating more vegetables. I take Centrum "Performance" vitamin and I seem to do pretty well with it. It worked for me, so I hope it does for you. I know how frustrating it can be to have that happen.
  4. I wonder what this study would think of the Monte Python Ministry of Silly Walks?

  6. Maybe the Ford was getting the Honda back for when a Honda's wheel fell off and took out a Ford?

I've had a 2008 Canyon brochure for a few weeks and it has the option listed in it. The really cool this is you can get an extended cab 2wd with the ZQ8 suspension and the V-8. That thing is gonna tear.
  8. Another review, another positive. I hope GM can build on this with more great products.
  9. I think Toyota is putting all their eggs in the hybrid basket. I bet the "beauty" of the hybrid will wear off once people have to begin replacing the batteries and electrical systems in them.
  10. I hope you have a good one bud. Enjoy that new car.
  11. I think that means you write like you had your hand slapped with a ruler one too many times.
  12. Oh, I am sure you do PCS. I am sure you do.
  13. To me, its the "4 door coupe" of SAVs.
  14. I'm not afraid. This 6'6" plowboy has taken hits from tougher guys than you. Seriously, gonna miss the banter with you on here when you head across the pond.
  15. I'd never pound you PCS. I would, however, tie you to the passenger seat of my G8 or Ute and make you ride cross country in it.

  17. <rant> Thats a stupid article. Thanks for pointing this out PCS. Why must the media pidgeon hole people into some small stereotypes? This kind of stuff is exactly why the media should take the day off on a slow news day. I don't sway my hips when I walk. I never have. I dont have a lisp in my voice. Not all gay people walk that way. Everyone walks differently, and talks differently. How moronic! </rant>

  19. I'll join you in the pounding Camino.
  20. Sorta gives new meaning to driving the wheels off your Civic. Seriously, I feel badly for those people who's wheels have fallen off their car while driving. That has to be a scary experience. Maybe they should have bought a Cobalt after all?
  21. I have two job options for you Sixty8. 1. Population Reduction Specialist 2. Waste Management What do you think?
  22. I hope GM can pull this off and have it be reliable. The Volt will be the car of the century if they can.
  23. Ray Scott - My Kind of Music. Great CD.
