In terms of durability we've had good luck with RCA and Toshiba in terms of Durability... Except in laptops where Toshiba went down the tubes on the A100 at least (I have one of the top end dual core ones.) It doesn't really matter. I've decided that from now on I do a build-my-own gaming desktop and just get an IBM/Lenovo laptop or tablet in the future.

My grandparents who were pushing 70 at the time bought into the 'cute' factor and bought one of the first 1994 Neon Sports they could find... Dk. Green, Loaded, special ordered with Automatic Transmission... it served them well, but when the novelty wore off, they realized it was too small and bought a 1997 Windstar. I can't really say anything bad about the car... Certainly had a nicer interior than my Cavalier does!

Uplander sales are very strong in Canada still... They still make the Montana SV6 here too so there's gotta be a market. The GM FWD vans did well in Canada... esp in Quebec with the Trans Sport and I reckon it's the reputation of Pontiac Vans in Canada keeping the Montana alive.

I want a modern equivalent to an A-Body too... except it's not the A-Body you're thinking about Just Messing.

I promised myself that I will buy a new car to replace the Cavalier in spring 2012.... That being said; we'll see then how the EPII Regal suits me... and if it's not my cuppa... Well than I'll look at the Impala if it's still FWD... failing that The Taurus would be my fallback. Failing the Existence of Taurus, a gently used Cadillac CTS might be in order.

The only GMs that REALLY appeal to me are the Buick Lucerne (but only with the chrome wheels, floor shift, and black grille) Buick Allure (but now not as much b/c of the ass ugly new front fascia, preferred the old one) Cadillac CTS Cadillac DTS (w/column shift) Cadillac SRX Chevrolet Malibu Chevrolet Equinox Chevrolet Impala (w.
