Speaking of the Aztek...
If I was going for a U-Body Aztek it would be a one without the full cladding... It looked good on the Trans Sport/Montana.... But even so on the Aztek, it's too much.

There's a special feel...
Hey DetroitNut... I just noticed your Venture is identical to ours...

CELL PHONES
That's all well and good... if only the G.D. Cell Phone would send and receive calls! More than I can say for my 2.5yr old Samsung... which never worked quite right. It turns off sometimes just when you close the lid, drops calls in the middle of the city, and I don't get voicemails in my inbox until 8 days after they've been sent! My contract is up in August and Rogers Wireless is HISTORY.

Hey Tundra!
Replace some aspects with all aspects...

Hypothetically Speaking...
My 1997 Cavalier has only needed a power steering pump- on speculation of a problem, in the 10 years we've had ours too... Sure it rattles a bit and the 2.2 is crude but it's a tough little car. Always starts in -40 Degree weather without the block heater plugged in still.

Oh Beast, Wherever May You Be?
Maybe you need a J-Body *Runs and hides* lol /JK

- Hey Tundra!
We Sooo wouldn't do that here... Girly men indeed.- Car and Driver Reviews Malibu LTZ
Or even better, they can just switch the cruise off... and turn it back on when they need it- Hypothetically Speaking...
I'm gonna second WMJ on this one... The Cutlass Ciera and Pre 1996 Buick Century are like tanks... Reliable like you wouldn't believe... Just get one with a V6 and Airbags and you won't be disappointed.- Automobile Magazine All-Stars
How many hoes did Toyota send to Automobile Magazine to get the Tundra on a Shortlist I wonder?- Quality Coffee
For Me... I stock Tea only. Earl Grey, Zen Tazo, Tazo Refresh, English Breakfast, Vanilla+Pear are My favourites... but for the Holidays I stock Cranberry Apple, and I ALWAYS Have some Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer on hand for when I just can't sleep :AH-HA_wink:- Hypothetically Speaking...
That's Right. 3800 + Composite Body + Low Drag Coefficient = Vroom Vroom Indeed Ours was just like this one :AH-HA_wink:- Hypothetically Speaking...
Sign Me Up!- Would you let someone in your lane or stop to help?
Ever since someone in a Sentra almost rear ended me at a stop light going 60 clicks texting instead of watching my car get closer and closer...- Be careful out there, friends
Yeah, That's what I was thinking... Maybe a full body Bubble Wrap for my car would be a good investment... You guys better get ready because I have a bad feeling I'll be next. At lunch all of the idiots at my school like to drift through the icy parking lot, cutting lot's of cars close... Someone's gonna smoke me one of these days... Between the idiot abusing his poor 1993 SSEi by drag racing, the Idiots in the Prelude, 1985 Mustang, and 1987 740GLE drifting around, and the people trying to kill a Ford Tempo, it's just a matter of time. I park in between a 1992 760 and a 1996 Eighty Eight, so I guess I'm kind of shielded but I'd hate to be a Cavalier on Oldsmoblie sandwich with some Volvo on the side.- It makes me so sad...
I know the feeling. I was driving through the mall parking lot on the other side of town the other day... and I saw a Jade Grey DustBuster in terrible condition. I was curious because it wasn't a very popular colour... whether 9 years later, I'd finally seen it again. I checked it out, and it was a 1995 with a 3100, not a 1994 with the 3800... But it made me think about where that van is today. The most recent I'd seen it on the roads was the fall of 2003 when I saw it driving down the expressway going south... Looking pretty good. Alloys were still polished and I identified it by the scuff on the rear bumper that some parking lot asshole gave it in 1996. If it's still on the road today, It probably has well over 300K Kms on it.- It makes me so sad...
If I could afford it, I'd buy it back and fix her up.- Be careful out there, friends
:( Sorry to hear about that... hope you get it sorted properly.- Hypothetically Speaking...
Have you considered the N-Body Malibu... Low mileage V6 units can be had for cheap and they are JD Power's Best Pick for Reliability in the Midsize car class.- Hypothetically Speaking...
From what I hear, they're pretty reliable... but where you live you might want the hardtop one... not the ragtop .- What's on your Christmas/Hanukah/Kwanza list this year?
Hint... PCS... Hint- Farewell Taurus and Nissan...
Mushroom Cloud! One of my Import-Humper friends had a Nissan Hardbody King-Cab... a 1988 I believe, and It died about 110K Miles but for the last month before the engine bit the dust it was running on 2 cylinders because the other 2 lost compression completely. He was running between Calgary and Lethbridge on a L2- F%@&!!!!!!!
The Cav's wiper blades are a dream compared to the Venture. If there's one thing the U-Bodies just didn't build on in the 11 Years between our first and current ones were manufactured... it's the wipers. They don't apply pressure evenly, and make a horrible squeaking noise even when the window is soaking wet... When you're on the road passed out in the middle-row Captains Chair and your father decides to clean the window... you wake up pretty quick!- F%@&!!!!!!!
Eh, No. Nothing less than 6 Cylinders for me thanks. First of all... It's extremely low mileage (66K Miles). If I turf that car, I'd get either a W-Body Intrigue/Regal/Century or an H-Body 88, 98, or LeSabre. It doesn't help that now my parents refer to every Cobalt they pass on the road as "that bucket 'o crap" (real bad test drive experience, and my father likes the 11 year old Cavalier over the 2007 Cobalt). Failing all... the master plan is that the Cavalier take me about 3 more years down the road. I'll give it to my brother when he turns 16 and I'll assume the MAXX... Assuming my financials are in order, in about 6-7 Years, I'll be rolling in a brand-new Buick Regal - Hey Tundra!
