  1. Are there really many dealers left? I don't see any positive value in the brand name.
  2. Back when it was the right size and ride height.
  3. I can see it for big cities with good subways and people who live and work near them, but that is a rarity in North America. Even when I move near the subway this year, I'll still keep the car for ocassional use, just wouldn't spend much on its replacement.
  4. A Pontiac GT should have been fun to drive.. This is just another cruiser.
  5. "avoided foreign badged cars specifically because where they were made"... Does that include Honda buyers who prefer to buy a Honda made in Japan, or Benz fans not buying a Mercedes because it was built in Tennessee etc...
  6. I'll be shocked if it's anywhere near good looking, RL has always been a dud.
  7. Hopefully the ventiports are just 3m taped on and could be removed with a bit of heat and floss
  8. I think the A4 is now a little large/bordering on midsize, something smaller would be preferable to me.
  9. When VW said they had eyes on being #1 a few years ago I didn't think they were even in the ballpark and now they've done it, that's pretty nuts.
  10. Not my cup of tea as it leans a little too much towards comfort and traditional styling vs sport and modern (I'd see myself in a GLI before this), but I can see it having a market... ES350 certainly does well along side the IS250.
  11. Not really a segment that interests me but if the wife wants a CUV I hope she prefers something like the CX5 to this.
  12. Closest thing to a natural competitor to the Verano?
  13. I'm more happy about the interior, I disliked the old dash quite a bit.
  14. I don't mind it but I think it would look better as a regular hatchback without the extra 3 inches of wheel gap. It's a little too tall/skinny.
  15. It's nice but I was hoping for a larger evolution in styling vs 2008 CTS.
  16. I prefer the Alfa 5 door exterior but this is not bad and the interior is nice.
  17. For that price I would expect the interior to have a little more work done to it. Maybe it would sell in the Middle East
  18. If there is no video, I'm assuming they realized before they tested
  19. Unless no cars should be called bad, it was bad.
  20. I try not to, it has saved me a tonne of money and allowed me to buy a place and pay off the mortgage. Besides that, I don't enjoy driving anything much larger than a compact car but next purchase practical factors will dictate that we will have to go larger. I'll think about it only when I have to.
  21. The rims/tires do set it off nicely... sort of how a nice set does the same for a BMW.
  22. ~2600lbs modern RWD Coupe? Sweet. But better with a turbo?
  23. Not great, but it doesn't look as bad as those earlier shots suggested. Interior has been improved quite a bit.
  24. Wow, just wow. They won't be building a forward momentum as a brand with that thing.
