  1. Just don't include the Pontiac Aztec in the "brand heritage".... :AH-HA_wink:
  2. JERRY! JERRY! JERRY!
  3. Post a link to some numbers for us. I mean..... this isn't just some cheap insult or anything, is it? LOL!

Just got my hair done. I'm feeling this pic is a little on the.... "provocative" side...?? Nobody get a woody or I'm taking it down!
  5. Hey Nancy. Don't you get it? NOBODY CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go away mad. Just go away. :AH-HA_wink: LOL
  6. This one is for you DodgeFan. Have you seen this yet? http://www.allpar.com/mopar/47.html
  7. Haha That's actually a pretty good comparison IMO.

I had a 250hp 455 Buick LeSabre 2 dr, just over 24,000 original miles. It was MINT inside and out. Came home one day and it was gone. I yelled at my brother and grabbed the phone, told him I was reporting it stolen... he was mummbling away and finally told me NOT to phone. He gave the car away to a tow truck driver in exchange for a $25 tow. NIIICE. The tow truck driver phoned me a few years later for the papers. I laughed and hung up on him. My brother once got a 1960 Buick 2 door hardtop with LOW miles off the original owner. He paid $90 and two junk car frames. The guy also had a VW delivery bus in his back yard, it was less than 10,000 original miles, you couldn't walk to the rear inside, it had a wall behind the front seats. The guy drove it around his house and then the side of his yard washed out, when the truck was a little over a year old. He couldn't get it out, and we stumbled upon it 30 years later. I like big Buicks!
  9. I'm not sure I like the "recalls" argument. The company recalling is trying to FIX a problem. It's the NON recall stuff, like the Ford- popping spark plugs out of cylinder heads etc that bugs ME. Gm has ALOT of recalls for the whole year, all models. But they made alot of vehicles too.
  10. I'll believe it AFTER I see it. :AH-HA_wink: The automotive rumor mills are crazy at times.
  11. It does look good from that angle. Nice looking, I think it's a clean styled vehicle. As you say, the lower concept isn't quite a beauty. Welcome to the forum!
  12. Personal attacks again? Flybrian DID say it was YOUR LAST WARNING. Let's see if he follows through. If NOT, I'll deal with your ego personally. :AH-HA_wink:
  13. There's a direct connection between the two.... :AH-HA_wink:
  14. I'm not a "flavor of the week" guy in any way, shape or form. I didn't have much of an opinion shift when the concept made it into production. I don't find the Solstice to be near the top ten in "2007 designs".... To each his own.... I still think the Sky is way better looking.
  15. Two words for ya why I read the Chrysler section here.... Jerry Springer Now, why would millions and millions watch the oh-so popular Jerry Springer show? Balanced views? Thoughtful insights? Intelligent views? I don't think so!
  16. I'll agree with you on Fieros in this instance. *astonishes myself* I think the Fiero is a better looking car than a Solstice. Don't get me wrong, I don't think the Solstice is "terrible" looking, but compared to some of the other Pontiacs of the past, or the new Sky roadster, I think it falls short in the looks department.
  17. You gotta be JOKING. "one of the most even-keel automotive forums"..? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could bring up YOUR posts that make that sentence both nonsensical and laughable.

Hahaha I just find it funny. The forum names in "the other guys" should be called FORD BASHING and CHRYSLER BASHING etc lol Call it like it is! :AH-HA_wink: At least you ADMIT it. So it's fun IMO. Fun to watch, participate etc.

I know what you mean. A DODGE Suburban has a dumb name. A CHEVY Suburban has a great name! DODGE Durango. - phallic symbol. CHEVY Durango- great little truck name! I'm catchin on..... :AH-HA_wink:
  20. Hahaha Some are completely blinded by brand names. Put a pentastar on a Solstice or a Corevtte, it would be "junk" on this forum. Toss a bowtie on the Nitro's grill and it would be stunningly gorgeous, while completely perfect on all road conditions.... I think we can all see that pretty clearly..? LOL
  21. What price range are you looking at?
  22. Looking for a "first" car? You beddah change yer postin name!!!!!!!!! :AH-HA_wink: LOL
  23. Well it SUCKS for the people, but to be honest I thought the cars would have sustained more damage. For what hit them it doesn't look like toooo much damage was done to the cars. I think they got away lucky to be honest. Some nice looking machinery got damaged though, even minor damage sucks. The people who got injured probably aren't feeling "lucky" though.
  24. Please be joking. Alot of GTO owners must be falling over backwards reading this thread...? Catalina owners too... Grand Prix owners... Firebird owners, Trans Am owners, etc etc etc HERE! PICTURES SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!!!!!
  25. I for one think you are nuts! LOL (In a friendly way!) I think the Sky is WAYYY better looking than a Solstice, no comparison at all for me. I don't think it's better looking than most Pontiacs even. It's not BAD looking like an Aztec, but for a "sports car" it's very middle of the road as far as styling goes IMO. Maybe it's ME that's missing something. Unless you are joking..?
