  1. If you've seen the underside of his Shadow, you'll see that its not just Toyotas in danger of breaking in half.
  2. Sometimes its just too easy.
  3. Another thing that just popped into my head. Is the Volt worth the premium over the Fusion Hybrid? Unless you're really that into the technology aspect, the Fusion Hybrid starts at $28k. Thats $12k less than the Volt, as of now.
  4. Not a clue. I didn't figure it out until I googled C&G and it came up fine. So I tried typing the full address in and it worked.
  5. It has been crazy-slow loading. I dont have C&G bookmarked on my laptop, and ever since the site maintenance, it hasn't loaded if I just type in "cheersandgears.com" I have to put "www.cheersandgears.com". It actually does the same thing for me with IE on the desktop.

I'm sure you could re-engineer the Camino to take a rear transmission.
  7. I was last in D-Town in November 2001, and it was awful, it can only be worse now.
  8. Missouri voters (not full of liberal hippies, not by a long shot) approved Prop C last fall, it requires energy companies to increase the amount of energy coming from renewable sources to 15%. Its not perfect, but its a start. As for the Volt, well I drive a Prius, so I like the idea of the Volt. It'll depend on the execution and whether its worth the money. Our Prius was under $30k, its dirt cheap to insure and it takes $20 in gas every month. Since my daily commute is just over 40 miles, the Volt will (theoretically) do it on just battery power, but is it worth $10k more up front to save myself $20/month?
  9. Asked recently about a dip in the city's murder rate, a mayoral candidate deadpanned, "I don't mean to be sarcastic, but there just isn't anyone left to kill." The whole article

  20. Done tell reg that, he thinks that just because its a small car he cant afford, it sucks and nobody wants one.
  21. Its actually just an electric motor, you have to plug the battery in, it doesn't recharge while pedaling. Although that would be awesome.
  22. There was, for a few years in the mid-90's, a '69 Camaro in my family. I didn't think it was amazingly gorgeous then, I dont find the 2009 ripoff to be amazingly gorgeous either.
