Buick Regal GS Gets Rated
Hyundai has reached a point where virtually every model they sell is at or near the top of its class. Buick has the Lacrosse, Lucerne and Enclave. The 'Regal' was designed and engineered by Opel. Let's not pretend Buick developed this car. Hyundai has the Genesis and the $60k Equus now...Buick should be looking very closely at what they're doing.

Cars my step-son is considering to buy...
- Interactive Review: 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE
At the end of the day, the Jetta is the ONLY car in this class I'd be caught dead in, except for maybe the Focus. Every other car in this class is either dorky or overwrought in terms of exterior styling. This Jetta looks mature--even upscale--parked next to just about anything else in the segment. I appreciate the restraint designers used.- 2012 Impala Changes hit the Dealerships
So, in other words, no substantial changes to the exterior.- Chevrolet Teases The New Malibu
2013 Malibu LTZ posted on GM's media site tonight. One exterior image. Someone may have posted the wrong photo. It looks really good.- How Much Do We Know...
I have to agree with ocn: the Spark looks pretty bad. It certainly doesn't look like it's ready to compete in this market.- Interactive Review: 2011 Chevrolet Volt
Vaporware? That's the production Fisker Karma.- What car are you dreaming about at the moment?
2010 Audi S4.- 2011 Regal: A Buick bred on the Autobahn
Honestly, the door panels alone tell the story. The Malibu's door panel is a flat sheet of plastic with a dinky door handle punched in, a two-by-four for the window switches and an ash-tray for a grab handle. People notice details like this in an interior. It just looks low-rent compared to the Regal.- 2011 Regal: A Buick bred on the Autobahn
Seriously? The Regal's interior is so much more masterfully-detailed than the Malibu's, which wasn't all that cutting edge when it debuted, in my opinion. Look at the door panels, the Malibu's clunky plastic shifter vs. the Regal's, the Malibu's radio unit (corporate unit 'stuck' into the dash) vs. the Regal's, the Malibu's impossibly boring steering wheel vs. the Regal's. To each his own, I just don't see how this: has more "flair" than this: ...at all.- 2011 Regal: A Buick bred on the Autobahn
This is what a modern Buick should be like. I can actually see this grabbing some potential TSX buyers. That interior looks great. More impressive than the Lacrosse, in my opinion, especially in terms of packaging. One trim level, with standard leather seating and 18" wheels...PERFECT. It's a lot like Acura's approach. Hopefully this signals the end of bargain-basement Buicks like the Lacrosse "CX," which seems pretty downmarket compared to this (cloth seats and hubcaps). By the way, this thing is ALREADY getting more positive buzz around the internet than any Buick in recent history. Go read the comments on Autoblog, Edmunds, etc. I've said it before: the ONLY way for Buick to become relevant is for the brand to change direction and begin offering MODERN luxury cars, not floaty bench-seat boats. This is the first new Buick that does that, I think.- IF
I would take a Fusion over the new Taurus. The Taurus is too big, heavy and over-styled. As for the Terrain...I saw my first a few days ago and it has to be the ugliest SUV on the market.- America's Dirtiest Cars

Eh, the Rendezvous name was attached to a cheapo product. I think it's best left dead.- Inside Line Full Test 2010 Chevrolet Equinox LT2

Encore is more ridiculous than Enclave. Verano is kind of generic, but not nearly as corny.- 2010 Mercedes E350 Coupe at the Georgian College Autoshow
I've seen quite a few of these on the road already. Best looking coupe on the market, by far. It has a road presence unlike anything else on the road right now.- MotorTrend Acura ZDX First Drive
