  1. Limited production according to Chevy's website. I had no idea.
  2. I saw a Chevy Equinox Fuel Cell in suburban Connecticut today, complete with exclusive front fascia and grille and fuel cell decals. Normal New York plates. Are these in production?
  3. I think it would be a bold move on GM's part, but not worth the disastrous effect on the Volt's mounting buzz and public perception in general.
  4. + 1. And there is no such thing as a true "meritocracy." No society is based solely on achievement.
  5. Lexus Project Car Media Guide @ ClubLexus
  6. I've had a Mac for a few years now. I used Vista for the first time yesterday and will probably never go back to Windows after that.
  7. Lexus Glacier Frost Mica. Bright white with blue metallic flakes under sunlight, whitish/bluish under cloudy skies.
  8. I"m all for civilized political discussion. What I'm not for is starting a thread to whine about "stupid-ass" "Barack Hussein Obama." It's useless, it's unnecessary, and it's not conducive to the atmosphere we should be trying to preserve around here. I thought the "no political talk" rule was waived under the idea that only mature, educated discussion would be tolerated. Threads like this make it pretty clear that's not the case.
  9. Can we go back to the "no political talk" rule?
  10. Autoblog- Paris 2008: Lamborghini Estoque
  11. I don't really see any reason the Traverse would win TOTY. It's essentially the same as the other three Lambdas, offers nothing new and in no way revolutionizes the industry.
  12. That was unprofessional. Who does this guy think he's kidding?
  13. So cool. Saab is a gem in GM's portfolio.
  14. Proof that GM isn't serious about Pontiac. This brand really has no relevance in the market anymore.
  15. Polarized? Sure looks to me like the majority of people here are against her. And I'm 110% with them. Just about the LAST thing we need.
  16. If this means garbage like the Caliber, Avenger, Sebring...any Chrysler product released in recent years...is a thing of the past, they might be on to something. I don't think any car company has consistently turned out such unappealing designs like Chrysler has the past few years. And to say the 300M was competitive with the Germans is a joke.
  17. It's so obvious that this was rushed to the market. What a hack job.
  18. I recently drove the '09 Ram alongside the Silverado, Tundra and F-150 at a Dodge event on Long Island. I'll post my impressions in length when I have more time, but I can say it was impressive at the very least, both inside and out.

    Big shocker there.
  20. Honda is already readying a second-generation Fit while the Aveo--the type of car GM should be paying attention to right now--is slapped with a ridiculous face and left to rot on the vine. Seriously, what are they thinking? Subcompacts are selling like wildfire, and the only option from GM is a warmed-over penalty box that nobody in their right mind would choose over a comparable Fit, Yaris, Versa...anything. It's a rental-queen, just like the Grand Prix, G6, Impala, Lacrosse...the list goes on and on. At least the Beat is coming...oh, wait. Keep making fun of the Fit guys...it's eating GM's lunch.
  21. Right. A hole in the dashboard is so much better. Please...
