  1. Wow is that ugly. And the inside looks like they where trying to save some money to avoid cutting wages.
  2. And if Saturn got everything (well almost everything) Vauxhall has, then it too might be one the top sellers in our country.
  3. WOW, 30 mpg from a full size SUV. I hope the press grabs hold of this because GM deserves it.
  4. GM needs to put out the word about the actual gas mileage of these SUVs compared to ALOT of smaller SUVs and cars. The numbers are impressive.
  5. Very interesting. Thanks.
  6. We can only hope with articles of late that the press is SLOWLY getting over their bashing America is good theme.
  7. I like it. Especially since it will end up getting the same gas mileage as the honda ridgeline. Better product, more room, better quality, and all done by GM.
  8. So um when is the news going to report on GM having twice the number of winners this year over toyota? Let the toyota bashing begin!! :)
  9. Let me know if you do take the train, I'll meet you at the show. Even pick you up if wanted.

I noticed that the Fusion has some big gaps. Infact while at the auto show try using your fingers this year and you'll find that the latest products from GM have smaller gaps than just about anything else out there (in the same class). BTW: I have yet to find a honda or toyota with even gaps at the auto show.q
  11. Not many PDX people on the site. Remember, we live in hate American car territory. I'm heading there atleast all day Sunday (yes probably skipping some church for it). I'm hoping to also head there today or tomorrow. What days are you going?
  12. Why isnt' the Cobalt on the list?
  13. Wow did lexus step up the plate. Though one wonders, so many buttons the same size, won't that get confusing? Oh'wait it's a toyota it's perfertly placed, I forgot.

Rear wheel drive small sedan / coupe? Dreaming a little here.
  16. Not that I don't like them, I just couldn't afford the gas. Now if they could get one to 35 mpg, you got me.
  17. Funny the comments they make, when I drove the Mazda6 I found the steering to be so light it was hard to keep in one lane.
  18. Blah, especially in that color.
  19. RIP Chief.
  20. So far no problems. Chances are we'll sell it around 50k, right before the warranty goes out. This will give us the most bang for our buck because it will be new enough that someone will pay good money for it. I don't forsee have any troubles with it though. It's still solid all the way around. No rattles like a toyota. It does get floored a few times a week (clearing it out ), its never given warm up time, we do oil changes when it tells us too (every 8000 miles or so) and we take it on huge pot holed dirt roads, but it still doesn't get beaten like Roach I.
  21. THey seem so hush hush about the rear wheel drive items, one has to wonder, are they all ready to go? For once maybe GM kept there secrets secrets.
  22. They never where unreliable, just boring and loud.
  23. I dont' beat the Cobalt as bad as Roach I or Roach II, though we don't give it a minute of rest either. On average we do 1000 miles a week, and we never avoid a road because of gravel, or not floor it to get into traffic.
  24. I love our Cobalt, but the Opel is SO much a better car. Especially since they have the great diesels and other high gas mileage engines.
