This is a private device, so I suppose the police would need a court order to use the data... No? In theory, yes..but in practice.. Wouldn't that be easy to fightin court? As in the means of evidence not being legal, therefore presumption of innocente kicks in?

Not only more excess, but also more pricing power.... The idea is for Cadillac to inch its way into supercar territory, 1st with these limited edition models, then with uber-luxury modelsWell, the idea would be for something more to be developed on top of the V-Series... Discuss!What I quoted is the exact reason I think there is space for an M7.The Commmodore going FWD rumour is coming on strong again, but until it's confirmed, it's just that: a rumour. If the issue is strong AUD exchange rates, a RWD Commodore can still be built elsewhere and exported to AUS, and a NA Chevrolet SS can still be made. The big issue is how will the Holden faithful react to an imported Commodore... Credit to GM regarding the timing of the announcement: they followed Ford on the decision to close manufacturing in AUS and can basically say "the guys across the street are to blame; it's because of them the supply chain is no longer sustainable making Holden manufacturing unprofitable; blah, blah, blah"...Happy Holidays to all!
