  1. Bleh... Don't like those at all.... Do hope, though, that they're not scrapped/crushed.
  2. It will target the AMG S-Class cars. That what M's are supposed to do, no? I meant what engine would they use? They already have a twin turbo V12 in the 7-series, although that engine is less powerful than the M5 engine, but only by a small margin. And they have the Alpina with 540 hp. M7 would be a better name, but they already have performance 7-series in a sense. Alpina B7 is built by an outside company, so BMW really isn't offering something to compete with the AMG S-Class cars straight from their own factory... As for the engine, I'm sure the BMW Motorsport folks could have some fun in playing with the TT V-12: I'm thinking 600hp-plus here...

Basing a "major life decision" on the number of plates your car need to have? Hell no!
  5. M 3-Series GT??? Jesus... M7 would be cool!
  6. Nice Personally I think we'll see a supercharged engine in both Z06 and ZR1... Two different tunes would work well and GM could even, eventually (just speculating here), bring back the LT5 designation for the ZR1 engine...
  7. My dealer (I swap tires there because non-OEM changes have a tendency to screw up the tire pressure sensors) uses air, therefore I use air. Though N2 does reduce deflation, none (or virtually none) of the roadeside fuel stations here have it, so it doesn't make much sense to use it...
  8. Seriously doubt it: the Defender is JLR's hard-core off roader and I expect it to remain so.
  9. Which, for an urban environment with minimal needs other than carrying 2 or 3 people and while being on a tight budget (either by necessity or by a conscious choice of frugality) is really all one needs... Why have a ton of gizmos if they break down all the time?
  10. Glad to see GM following a coherent long-term strategy [\ sarcasm]
  11. Drove a diesel Juke when my car was in for a tire change, and I echo your sentiment... The benefit of owning one would be spending more time inside, so one wouldn't see the exterior styling
  12. D-E-A-D is also an option if they can't come up with a proper focus for the brand...
  13. True. Wonder, though, what kind of brand positioning is Honda thinking of: step-up from Honda like it is today (only better executed), or will they risk setting up a dedicated luxury brand? Second option would be immensely expensive if the engineering isn't somehow shared with the Honda brand...
  14. Wonder why the snow shovel nose hasn't become popular in snow states
  15. I'm thinking something half way between the A5 and the CTS coupe (sort of Audi A5-like, but with a shorter decklid).
  16. nice wheels

  20. They should take the notion one step further and give US buyers the Chevy Sex Truck... Old fashion Luv don't cut it anymore... Seriously, now: other than the Holden Ute, GM doesn't have anything that would work in the US. The Brazilian Chevy Montana is too small for the average US tastes.
  21. Black Bentley GTC coupe
