Was actually late October (during last week in Sweden), but: 1 black Escalade and 1 blac SRX (the Sigma one)...- October 2013: General Motors Co.
Is fleet vs. retail mix, both overall and per brand, disclosed by GM on these? I know the overall percentages are reported in Q earnings releases but IDK abou these sales press releases...- 13 replies

- Cadillac's Vice President Talks About Electrics, Elmiraj
If technically feasible, why not an electric production Elmiraj (or Miraj, or Eldorado, or whatever)? After the LTS is introduced and considering what's been already developed for the Volt/ELR it would have the leverage of both Omega's and electric powertrain's basic development already done... Also, the Ciel had a hybrid drivetrain... It would be an interesting way to charge extra-high prices for the omega platform in a very stylish package that evokes Cadillac's heritage quite well IMHO...- Cadillac News: Rumorpile: Cadillac's Three-Row Crossover Is A Go

- BMW 1 series = DEAD
I believe this is for US only as you guys don't get the current 1-Series hatch... The so called "1-Series GT" (i.e. hunchback 5-door) will be FWD-based but no FWD hatches have been spotted so far, as far as I know...- Corvette, v8 or tt v6?
It'd be a huge break away from tradition, so purists would go on and on about it... If it offers any performance and/or economy improvements, I would not be against it.- Happy Birthday black-knight!

- Cadillac News: Cadillac ELR Pricing Set at $75,995
ELR = tech toy which I imagine will come fully loaded with luxury amenities; great for the green-image affluent crowd... Charging $75K for it is not stupid (also, there's a IIRC 10% tax credit to deduct form the $75K); it's probably where GM should have started with regarding Voltec in the 1st place...- 2013 L.A. - CR loves the 2014 Impala
Interesting...lighter than I thought it would be..figured it would be more around 4000lbs. GM has started to make a real effort regarding the weight issue; now it's a matter of the lessons learned from the Alpha/ATS engineering being spread throughout GM's platform and product development. - Jaguar Teases The New F-Type Coupe: Comments
