I hope GMRULES again

The first-generations Windstars were competitive because Toyota and Honda were not big players at the time with their first generation Sienna and Izuzu Odyssey. Once those two really got going the Windstar started its freefall before it became the Freestar.

It isn't any different and all three are a bit ridiculous. Just makes the company look desperate which makes it very easy for guys like this to rip them apart.

I figured the "All RWD" talk was just rumors. It would of made no sense for Pontiac. They just need a few better executed products.

Gm got into this mess because of their foolish Wal mart gimmick of capping the price of gas at $1.99. They wer just opening the door for these kind of attacks.

Got a letter in the mail yesterday from GM Canada saying that its time for my 2001 car to have its Dexcool changed. There was a one page letter explaining why and even a nice colored insert paper describing how the cooling system works. At least they are trying to be pro active about this now but I'm sure most people will just throw it in the garbage and not get it done.

I have a quick question, I know the pick ups are built in 4 plants, Oshawa, Pontiac, Fort Wayne and Flint but the other day I stopped by the dealer and I was looking at a 06 Sierra and the window sticker said it was built in Mexico so I checked the vin and sure enough the first digit was a 3. Anyone know what's up with that?

They die after 2008 so maybe there won't be any vans for a year or so. By then it will have been 25 years since the minivan debuted and still nothing competitive to offer.

That stove is too modern for that kitchen. One of those old yellow or green ones would be a lot better.

All future GM E85 engines will have a yellow gas cap so that's an esay way to know.

Which would make you beleive that this whole IQS is a scam. An amazing car that has 0 defects might get a lot of complaints because the owners find things hard to use or understand, in my book that has nothing to do with reliability. No way in hell Hyudai is better than Toy/ Honda or GM for that matter, what's happening is more and more people are hearing good things about Hyundai and are buying their cars because of the price and or warranty and probably will not bitch about the smallest little things.

Styling is subjective, you think the new Camry is classy,substantial,blah blah and lots of other people think its hideous. And Toyota took a page from GM's bag of tricks and redesigned the car and gave it less interior space than the model it replaces.

Around here a lot of taxi's drivers are starting to use Camrys (02-06) to replace their old Luminas/Ciera/Centurys. Its a good sized car and with the 4cyl it can save the driver a ton of cash over the life of the car on gas. I'm sure it will hold up as well as these cars did, probably even better.

Pretty amazing that the G6 is the best passenger vehicle. Maybe the long wheelbase helps keep it planted.

How could a site like the Car Connection think this is an Impala and it will possibly be on sale in late 2007? I hope its the NG Malibu and it does debut as an 08 model.

No Ford needs to dump Jaguar and Volvo and spend that 2 billion on Ford brand cars. They could start with a competitive economy car and a real Minivan.

Not only hybrids but small efficient cars too.They've had 30 years to come up with a competitive small car that gets excellent fuel economy and they haven't been interested. When people think of a small reliabe car that gets excellent economy they think of two companies, Toyota and Honda. Even the Korean cars can't compete with the Civic,Fit,Yaris,Corolla in fuel economy. All they are doing is bragging that thier 900's get 20mpg on the HWY, Who cares?

5 of their 7 models are down and some are down A LOT. Only the big increase in Sonata sales is helping them and a lot of them are going to fleets. Strange but the excellent warranty doesn't seem to be helping them much with the Accent, Elantra,Tucson and Sante Fay.

Nissan did not include thier factory in Mexico, wonder why? Just like they didn't include their new Canton plant for its first two years of operations probably because of all the problems they were having there. Wouldn't it be nice if GM could leave a few of the underperforming plants off the list in order to improve their score.

This ass**** needs a one way ticket to Iraq on Japan airlines.
