Learning English is no more important for Canadian immigrants than it is for American immigrants. We have the same problems. I really don't see this as a "foreigner" thing... I just don't expect Americans to know Metric, so I speak in Imperial on C+G. No biggie.

I was looking through my school's Engineering photos for a front end shot of the Caprice/Impala to solve the 'carpool' puzzle, and found a picture of myself. I don't know where this hat came from, and I don't remember wearing it. I was hammered that night, even though I don't look it. Classy, huh??

Exact same problem with my friend's Sunfire sedan. I also hated the 4 speed auto in my mother's 97 Sebring. Thing took forever to shift, up or down, didn't matter.

A hood that ends before the headlights? The Camaro has it, the Cutlass Ciera has it, most cars today have hoods that touch at least part of their headlights. The Integra, however, had headlights that were entirely in the bumper. I somehow doubt this was the answer you were looking for, but... it works!

OK... this weather is nuts. I just moved into this place so I don't have A/C yet. It's 82F right now, and its bloody MIDNIGHT. It was 99F this afternoon. I just checked Miami weather, and it's cooler there than it is here in Toronto right now. WTF??? ...anybody else in this heat wave?

Right across from the Skydome yesterday, I saw a Lambo Gallardo parked across the grass / sidewalk. $60 ticket in window. Pretty sweet $60 parking space, if you've got the money.

Right... I remember now, we had this discussion before. The original was an '81 Malibu (not pictured) but the jerk took it with him when he graduated (OK, I don't blame him). So they built another one out of a Caprice. This is a Caprice and not an Impala though?
