every concept and their brother had headlights/tailights like that. the Civic is just the first to implement them in a decent fashion in a production car.

Why oh why did honda have to come out with this killer machine.... i had my heart set on a 5spd cobalt... but this.... this car is just awesome... i even dig the 80s dash! the Si coupe is just soo appealing to me right now. course if tomorrow Nissan ressurected its 240sx with a base price of 16k for a bare bones car.... well that would be my first choice.

You really oughta find a late 90s 240SX, they are a bit expensive, but they are RWD and have a like 170hp 4 banger with more torque than you might expect. modifying them is an easy route, you can turbo/supercharge the K24 it comes with or get an SR20DET drop in engine.

cause its fwd. who really cars if its always been a car based, the old ones were BOF tthe colorado is BOF whats the difference? its not like El Caminos were ever handling machines.... altho... FWD may be better since it would largely eminate fishtailing in poor weather... lets just put one on the vette platform :)
