2006 Mercedes Benz B-Class
Wow, the only thing sadder than the product itself is the stupid name. B200 makes me think of this:

I Can See Clearly Now
One time I was on the job in the back of my Grand Am. WE were parked in a field behind a public park out in some small town by Concord Mass. It's like 1:00am and a full moon is out. I've got her legs over my shoulders and I'm haivng a blast when I hear what sounds like a small 2 cycle engine of some sort. I look up to see a guy in an ATV fly by, rubberneck and give me the thumbs up. He had a shit eating griin on. I was just glad it was not some guy wiht a chainsaw or an Axe like in a horror movie. We both burst out laughing. The windows were cracked so they wouldn't fog up BTW.

Cadillac Sixteen - Top Gear
Absolutely, the original Sixteens caem out durring the height of the depression. Most people could not afford food never mind gas. If you've got $1.3 million for a McLaren F1 do you really care waht kind of MPG it gets? I mean maybe 2 gallons per mile it may start to be an issue but it's not an F-15 eagle. :P

Which name do you prefer?
LMAO  But seriously great thread. I voted for Grand Am. I like Phoenix & Tempest just as much but since it's not about me but about sales G/A is the way to go. After all, just a few years ago Grand Ams accounted for over 60% of total Pontiac sales. Firebird/TransAm, Sunfire, Grand Prix, Bonneville, & Trans Sport Montana all togeather were less than 40%. You don't mess wiht that kind of sucess. <_< Here's that cartoon I made for this kind of thread on the old C&G.

Katrina: Other Countries? Where were we?
Hmmm... I was pretty sure Slovakia (Slovak Repulik) would be on there. Good to see my countrymen are stepping up, even if it's a token effort.

When did GM start rebadging Fords?
I'm going to get into my 1968 Ford Camaro* and dive down there right now and kick some ass. * it's got to be a Ford since it has racing stripes right?

Okay, that I'll agree with.

RWD & AWD Throwaways/FWD Keepers
Correction: 1st & 2nd Gen. Eclipse GSX (AWD) is an exception. The base FWD odls have all the performacne of a Geo Metro. My budies old '96 went 0-60 in about 15 seconds. I coulds have beat him in my Brougham. Slow as molases, loose suspensions and crappy steering/brakes/handeling. Just an all around shitbox. And thats' not the only Eclipse I've driven that has given me that impression.

If GM does bring back the Camaro...
- Exotic vehicle I
Um, what exactly on this reminds you of the McLaren F1? When this car was introduced to the world in 1993 it was one of the most original desings of all time and certainly since Earl/Mitchell rulled GM in the good old days.- Hurricane Katrina
Toni: I think you've ben watching too many westerns. There's plenty of areas of the USA where everyone has a gun. They don't all kill eachother over petty arguments. I'd argue that peole approach eachother wiht more curtosey in some cases. The problem is the flood waters, lack of food shelter and clean water NOT the guns though in some cases I gues the guns can make a bad situation worse but they are certainly not the biggest problem these people are having.- 8th gen civic
Honda sure has a talent for designing a goud up car that has not ONE unique or distinctive feature. They should all this thing frankenstein since it's just a randomly assembled collection of parts off of a Seabring, Accord, Solara, Audi A4 & SAturn Ion.- RWD & AWD Throwaways/FWD Keepers
LA: The Granada, Fairmont & mid-70s Grand Torino is so ugly to my eye that it makes me want to hurl. LX cars are awsome... a BOF Chevy C.C./Impala SS LT1 replacement would be great too!- How big a factor is the environment to you...
Every winter when I'm freezing my ass off up here in New England I think about the environment a lot. I think long and hard about how as soon as spring comes I'm going to fill up my Camaro's tank with Sunoco 94 and burn rubber as I'm dumping out carbonmonoxide into the atmosphere and thus contributing to Global Warming! My idea of an enviromentaly friendly car is a 1969 Camaro that does not leak antifreeze.- NON-PC Joke!
Okay, good. I'm not gettign chastized. :P- A sad day
how much? where?- C&G Spy Shots: The Rear Of Zeta
I'm wiht Balthazar on this one. It's like predicting the future wiht tea leaves. :P Reg: I love that LS6 powered Aztek. I'd take that for a daily driver anyday!- C&G Spy Shots: Zeta Commodore!
Perhaps you're right. I just thought as long as we have to put uip wiht the bastard chiold they might as well offer RWD to the masses.- Lacrosse outsells Chrysler 300
NEWS FLASH: Honda Accord outsells BMW 330i.- gas prices
Prediction: GAS prices will the deciding factor of the next election! oh.... and IMHO the "Oil will be gone in 50 years" stuf is ullshit. They said in the 70s that we'd be out of oil by the 1990s. There's probably more oil in Alaska then in the whole damn middleast. It's all smoke and mirrors and BS.- Sketch Competition 1 - Muscle Car!
Well it's no surprise that GT1750's entry has some Alfa in it... think about his username. I love that entry but i have to say it's not agressive enough for a Musclecar. The desing is beutiful as a spotr coupe but it has all the agresiveness of a '95 Honda Prelude. Just put a bit of an eyebrow on the headlights and you're good to go. The interior is your nicest yet. o be honest I'm not a huge fan of some of your other interiors. They;re very 'uninviting' to me but this one is AWSOME! B) Satty: Are you on the "Bring back skinny steering wheels" commite.? :P- Hurricane Katrina
While any kind of looting except for survival reasons: (clothes, food, water, diapers) is appauling and should be punished wiht a severe penalty the media is using this as an opportunity to go all anti-gun. So what? A few gun stores were looted. Now instead of 30,000,000 illegal guns on the streets there's 3,000,100. Yet another reason for law abiding citizens to arm themselves. If I was down there and was worried abot my family I'd feel a lot better having a firearm. I'm the first person to play good samaritan but if someone tries to hurt or rape someone in my family I'd shoot first. That's probably the most disturbing thing about this whole disaster. The Scumbags and criminals are shown running free while news helicopters report the news. Yet where's the order and releif. This makes us look like a third world nation. It's a fu%$ing mess and it seems like the state and federal governments are taking their sweet assed time coming up wiht some solutions. The most heartbraking sceenes on the news are the people who have a small infant or even a older baby. I can't imagine having to search for high ground, food, water & shelter while holding a baby. I hop[e to god things start to turn for the better for these people soon. As far as the looters, rapists and opportunists: BAD Karma is a bitch!- US Should Get Pursuit
That grafted on Kidney grille reminds me of those 80s Rolls Royce grilles on thefront of a Cadillac Brougham. (not a compliment) - Exotic vehicle I
