  1. So I see my post carpet bombing & whoring was missed as of late.
  2. This car never ceases to amaze me. :)
  3. Roswell, 1948. That's all I'm saying. ;)

This $h! is funnier than watching a blonde trying to program a VCR. P.S. Who ever it was that used Harry's username to PM me can say "Stop with Camaros. No one cares." All I have to say is. Go $% yourself. If you don't %*&! like talking about %*&@! cars then do not &@#$%! come to this @!*&^ site!
  5. While I agree with you for the most part, at least Ford still HAS a RWD BOF car! <_<
  6. Uhhhh... Escort GT? Are you serious LA? RWD Throwaway: - 1976 Pinto - 1978 Dodge Aspen - 1975 Ford Gran Torino - 1963 AMC Ambassador - 1979 Ford Granada - 1982 Ford Fairmont and the king of them all by leaps and bounds: The Mustang II. Any year any condition! FWD Keeper: - SRT4 - VW Rabbit/GTi Mk.1 - Cobalt SS SC - 1959-2006 Mini: Austin/Rover and the new BMW cars - 1992 VW Corrado - 1989 Cavalier Z24 (don't ask it's an emotional thing) - 1991 Honda CRX
  7. & The G6 would have made a great Grand Am... Cobalt is growing on me as a great Chevy name and the LaCrosse would NOT have made a suitable Regal. I do not agree with the guys who say the SSR should have been an ElCamino.
  8. Thanks Razor, I can absolutely apreciate your Z/28 ananlogy. I like them all. Differrent strokes for different folks. I'd even take a stovebolt Six '69 Caamro almost any car made today. The lines are so damn intoxicating I could just stare at one all day. Sex on wheels. :) We were going to write in the auction: "Eats up Supras and $hits out Civics!" but thought the humor might be lost on some. :P
  9. This was posted on WWW.Z28.COM: :o    Sex For Protection -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A man escapes from prison where he has been for 15 years. He breaks into a house to look for money and guns and finds a young couple in bed. He orders the guy out of bed and ties him to a chair, while tying the girl to the bed he gets on top of her, kisses her neck, then gets up and goes into the bathroom. While he's in there, the husband tells his wife: "Listen, this guy's an escaped convict, look at his clothes! He probably spent lots of time in jail and hasn't seen a woman in years. I saw how he kissed your neck." If he wants sex, don't resist, don't complain, do whatever he tells you. Satisfy him no matter how much he nauseates you. This guy is probably very dangerous. If he gets angry, he'll kill us. Be strong, honey. I love you." To which his wife responds: "He wasn't kissing my neck. He was whispering in my ear. He told me he was gay, thought you were cute, and asked me if we had any vaseline. I told him it was in the bathroom. Be strong honey. I love you too!!"
  10. Wow, I was stumped. This is the first time I'm seeing this car. Very late-sixties cutting edge. Simply gorgeous. Reminds me a bit of the 1969 Pinninfarina/Ferrari 512
  11. Of course we all know there was a very special car that got that shifter first before any Monte of Malibu: :P
  12. That being said those flying butresses on the Firebird are Hideous! This I'd love to own however: Yenko Stinger.
  13. Yup, It's a beauty. If I won a scratch ticket for $20,000 I'd just give Sean the $18K and have him get to work restoring the '68 Panther for Marcia. ;) Anyway I've had a clusterfu$% of a week. My recent hiatus was due to several major SNAFUs and setbacks. Things have ben a bit crazy. Compared to the people down south who lost their homes I'm still doing all right however. The $3.29 regular gas up here is a slap in the face! Ciao Guys, I'll be post whoring again soon enough. ;)
  14. If Sean had the money we'd be making some serious money on it. We were thinkning COPO or Yenko clone, or perhaps even a Baldwin Motion 454 Stage III. Some decent COPO clones and Yenk9o clones have gone thgough eBay recently for $32-40K.
  15. Most of you probably remember my Buddy Sean's 1969 Camaro. I posted some pics of it after he dropped an early 70s big block (454) into it and a 4-speed Super-T10 trans. Well, he's run into some bad luck and now as of 4:00am this morning we put the car on eBay for sale. Check it out and spread the word. 1969 Camaro SS built as Z/28 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevrolet-C...sspagenameZWDVW
  16. I love RVs. Someday when I retire I want a medium sized one and a trailer for my '69 Camaro. Go around the country to the 49 states and then take a ferry to Hawaii. :P Fly: yes a lot of elderly drive motorhomes but they all drive as well or better than the typical soccer mom, teenager or yuppie in an SUV.
  17. If I ever find out which three people voted "I don't even want it back." I'll kick their virtual buts! <_<
  18. When it comes to Camaros 1969 will ALWAYS be my favorite year. It's my favorite car of all time. I'd take a '69 Yenko over any Ferrari, Lamborghini or Viper or whatever... I simply love the '69. I like my '68 only a fraction less than a '69 but I bought it cause it was too good of a deal to pass up. Now as far as Firebirds go the '68 is my favorite year. The '69 nose was too beak-heavy and the chrome on the front just never looks as nice IMHO. That being said I'd take a '69 Tarns Am over any HemiCuda or Challenger or soem other unoriginal GM ponycar rippoff. Also don't forget the '67-'69 base-model Firebirds were powerred by a OHC inline-six that was pretty damn modern for it's day... I'd love a 68 hi-output OHC-6, 4-speed ragtop for a summer car.
  19. I just want to rip off all that canvas and tape and have sex wiht this thing. I hope it spawns at least two RWD models for each American GM division. Buick, Pontiac, Chevy & Saturn!
  20. They still have the same basic styling elements but the side-grille openings have been paired wiht thre headlights. I like it. Not awsome but not bad either.
  21. C&D pisses me off often enough for an angry letter every year or so!
  22. Pretty cool! Even cooler would be a LS7 powered Cobalt converted to RWD wiht Kappa chassis and painted up wiht Yenko stripes.
  23. I liked the 8C coupe better. Such sleek lines! Good to hear we'll see Alfas again soon!
  24. Take it from someone wo gets over a dozen car magazines.... I think R&T is the best, most fair one out there.
  25. Okay lets' put aside for a minute the fact that it's FWD. The styling is pretty awkward. Perhaps an illegitemate child of a SAAB 9\3 and a CTS... but the damn thing does not have that Caddy look to it. A true 21st Century valiant attempt at an entry-level luxury car! <_<
