Indy Pace Car Replica & Ron Fellows Z06 Special Editions
Introduce it as a "special edition" colour to add to the uniqueness when everybody is scrambling to get one, then when they are gone, introduce it as a stock colour perhaps

the look of the HVAC controls dont' bother me. Though the position looks a little to close (ie. behind) the steering wheel. Speaking of which, taking a second look, it kind reminds me of a uterus and va-jay-jay. and is that really such a bad thing?

G8 Teaser
DAMNIT!, thats a good point. I'd expect no less from a fellow Saugian. haha On the other hand, I'd have to think, exporting this to North America would have been on their minds from day 1 of the design process, unlike the GTO/Monaro, so it should have been designed to pass all the insurance cost crash tests. Also, with the GP dying, there will be a big void in Pontiac Canada's lineup, so they have to fill it with something, and a G8 is the only logical choice. The GTO on the other hand was just a niche vehicle, so it wasn't such a big deal that they dint' get it in their lineup

digital speedo FTL. I can follow the sweep of the speedo in my peripheral vision and do just fine, though I usually have a pretty good feel by just by gear & sound/feel. I'd have to look down at that, boo. Whats even worse is the 2 tiered dash, ugh What center mount gauges are you talking about? I see the clock with 2 number below, but I didnt' think those were gauges. Otherwise, I like the interior. Kind looks like a cockpit, which works for a sporty little car like that.

DAKAR RALLY: Team Dakar USA's HUMMER H3 wins 8th overall
whats the point? most North American's wouldn't know what the f@#k it was and they wouldn't understand the significance of it. Even if they did know it was was, one look at that pic that was posted and they'd probably just dismiss it and say that that thing is as much a hummer as a chevy NASCAR is a Monte

2008 BMW M5 Touring
Meh. It looks like an average, kid moving wagon. If I want a wagon that puts out gobs of power, I want it too look like it, nice and aggressive, which is how the Magnum looks to me.

DAKAR RALLY: Team Dakar USA's HUMMER H3 wins 8th overall
started following the Dakar last year when I heard Ewan MacGregor's Long way Around partner was going to do it on a bike. Just an absolutely amazing (and brutal) race

Razor Redux: Dodge readies Solstice fighter
Like I said before, performance trim levels does not a performance brand make. what about the other trim levels of those vehicles? you gonna call an SE Caliber or Avenger a "performance" vehicle? How about the Sprinter and Caravan?

Razor Redux: Dodge readies Solstice fighter
and what about the other trim levels of those models? you telling me the base Caliber is a performance car? since SRT's are spread across Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep, does that been they are ALL performance brands? I never said they didn't have performance variants, but there is a difference between that the entire brand being a "performance brand"

Razor Redux: Dodge readies Solstice fighter
I'm sorry, WHAT? Dodge is now there performance brand? As for the question the timing given DCX's financial situation right now, GM wasn't doing so well when the Solstice/Sky was brought out either.

one logo going monochromatic is one thing, but making pontiac monio too? meh red is exciting and this just dulls the logo to me.

TCC: HUMMER Considering More Models
As long as there isn't a compASS type hummer, I say go for it

AUTOWEEK AURA VS CAMRY
Even if everything maybe be covered under warranty for longer, but the added time and aggravation of having to take the car in for the fixes can't be quantified in dollars, but can make a huge difference to perceived value, which is what in the end keeps buyers coming back or sending them elsewhere. That's all assuming that the new Camry's reliability is better than the aura, which is questionable so far.

those NASCAR edition fog lights?

08 Malibu on chevy.com
Compared to the last Malibu, this one looks great, but overall, it doesn't tickle my fancy. I wouldn't even rank it in my personal top three for exterior styling, Camry, 6 (both of which need skirts or else they are meh) and the Fusion all rank way ahead.

Letter to GM from Edmonds.com president
who else would he have said it too? The window? If he had been telling another exec, I think that exec would have been mentioned. If it was not meant for public consumption, than I doubt the GM exec would have sent it to every employee. They had to have known at least a couple of people would mention it too their friends, seeing as how they've been stung by the early release of information before and all

Spied: Dodge JC49
Either the JC or JZ 49 will be the PT Crusier replacement, but according to Allpar.com, you wont' eb able to tell. The other will be the Dodge version, possibly called the Crew I can't imagine, even with similar power, that these will ride anywhere nearly as well as the Lambda since it rides on basically the same chasis as the Avenger/Sebring (which is basically just a scaled up version of the Caliber/Compass chasis)

98,000 Chevy Cobalt sedans Recalled
as much as I am for natural selection, thats a horrible idea. cause , when it came out (and it would), they'd look like they were trying to cover up a safety "defect" and top of the defect itself. The media & public would LOVE that
