  1. Yeah. I thought I took some. Turns out I didn't.
  2. The "Canada-only" VW City Jetta gets a mild facelift for 2008. Its basicaly the old MKIV Jetta, with new tailights and headlights. This is the same car currently sold in Mexico. http://www.volkswagen.com/vwcms_publish/vw...dels/jetta.html At first, Kris and I didn't know what we were looking at. The front looks like the previous Passat.
  3. Some pictures of the 2008 Dodge Caliber SRT4. This was appearantly the only SRT4 currently in Canada. The price to power ratio is very good. Might be this generations Omni GLH!
  4. Kilometers because its in Canada. In each of the illustrations at the website, the guages look a little different. This car had the same style as the "ebony cloth" interior at Chevy.com
  5. This Malibu is an LS (meaning bare bones base). Im not sure about the wheels. Chevy.com says that the LS has standard "16-inch fascia spoke painted Sterling Silver" wheels. The wheels on this car appear to be 1LT spec. So "17-inch fascia spoke wheels with bright chrome trim". I just noticed this. The car at the show was lacking the chrome strip that runs below the doors. Hmm.
  6. Some pictures of a base 2008 Ford Focus sedan at the Georgian College Autoshow in Barrie Ontario. Interior looks much nicer than before, and it flows together nicely. Fit and finish is ok, although the housing for the radio screen was loose. Exterior didn't have the chrome vents, and was very spartan. 7. Yeah, I kinda realized that after I posted. And the Accord V6 is much more powerfull anyways.
  8. Video walkaround! http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m251/ii...nt=MVI_2453.flv Video from the drivers seat! http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m251/ii...nt=MVI_2437.flv
  9. 19/29 The same MPG rating as a 1995 Chevy Lumina.
  10. Good looking from the front. Poor from the rear. Interior is nicely styled, but the materials are only so-so. Seats were not that comfortable. Many ugly cutlines, and overall, it feels very basic. For those worried about a lack of rub strips for the doors, this car had them. Hopefully it looks better in non grey on grey (and maybe leather seating will help alot). My pictures: more next post...
  11. Maybe! Theres always a nice surprise at that show. Can't wait!
  12. You are crazy. I don't even wanna think about my time at UPS, where I was doing the work of three people, at the same time. The horror...

  14. Wow, an ultra rare Reatta convertible!
  15. Congrats! That was a long time comming!
  16. To me, this is both cool and uncool. Its amazing to see some of the best styled cars in one spot, all painted silver to represent a sort of bond to each other. On the other hand, If I had 32 of the best styled cars, I wouldnt gut them and paint them silver.
  17. I posted this pic a week ago :AH-HA_wink: Its from this page, with a story of the first ZR1 http://www.zr1netregistry.com/firstking.htm
  18. I put the pieces together (crudly). Check it out!
  19. 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS perfection
  20. I disagree. If done right, skirted rear wheels give the cars body an elongated, more uniform and integrated look. I love GM cars with this feature, especially from the early nineties. If anything, we need more of that, The windowlines of cars are almost always a straight line now. How boring! Need a little visual spice...
  21. Segmented tailights. God I hate those. Such a stupid, unoriginal trend. Some examples:
  22. So good to see styling and design comming back strong at GM. Some really nice work being showcased here!
