Hey, that's actually not a bad idea. I'd keep Chevrolet as it the brand that sells in the highest volume, but I wouldn't necessarily say "kill GMC". It might work more efficienty as GM's commercial brand.

As far as classic cars or collector's cars go, there's really no way of telling what cars are going to make it there. I doubt that Chevrolet really anticipated back in the 50s that the Bel Air and Impala were going to wind up being classics fifty years later. Fifty years from now, the world might revere the '08 Malibu as much as we all revere the '57 Bel Air now.

Its important to me because I still give a crap where my cars are built.

Ah...yeah, I'm now definitely going to do everything in my power to avoid Chinese-made products. I go out and buy a lava lamp the other day. I take everything out of the box and put it all together. Well, most of it because it was missing that little cap that goes right on the top of the glass. Yep, I look at the box and see that it was made in China. I just took it back to the store. I didn't get a replacement, I just wanted my $15 back.

I was sitting in a McDonald's once when an old couple came up to me asking directions to Port Huron. That McDonald's was right next to the expressway that leads directly to Port Huron...in fact, that expressway freaking ENDS at Port Huron.

Today's America is ridiculous. Not everyone is cut out for college and those people shouldn't be looked down upon or be subject only to low-paying jobs because of it. America is supposed to be the land of opportunity, after all.

Putting a 6 of any kind into the Corvette would only hurt the image of the car.
