  1. Yeah, the Pentstar should be the corporate logo. I always liked the winged logos better on the cars anyway.
  2. More for Michigan, I like that. Chrysler's been in the news a lot more than either GM or Ford as far as building/retooling plants in Michigan goes...and in some ways that makes me respect their company more.
  3. Wow. This should take the starch out of Bugatti's pants.
  4. Interior and exterior color choices are disappointing to say the least. I'm not really complaining too much about the interior choices...always been more of a fan of black as opposed to beige or grey, but it would be nice to see a little choice.
  5. And I should want this over any domestic truck why?
  6. I know it was a huge dud, but I always loved it.
  7. The Wranger is a great product...its really the only SUV I'd consider buying right now.
  8. Huh...Michigan may be in bad economic shape, but at least we don't have to deal with that crap.
  9. "Youth love hybrids" Huh? Last I checked I loved gas-guzzling V8s with more horsepower and torque than I need for two cars and until Scion does that...if, by then, my prejudice against Japanese cars has been broken...then they'll have me as a customer.
  10. I don't think it fits the image of a luxury brand is all.
  11. Cadillac is supposed to be the luxury brand. It shouldn't have station wagons, pickups or any of that $h!.
  12. We've got some around here. Flint city cops still only use Chevys, but the smaller towns in Genesee County have bought their police forces a few shiny new Chargers.
  13. Funny how folks didn't piss and moan like this when the New Beetle came out...or better yet: the Ford GT looking pretty much the f@#king exact same as it did in 1967. Nah, this is a Dodge, God knows that whatever they do isn't worth a damn
  14. No doubt money was an issue concerning the Sixteen, but I'd bet that gutlessness had a lot to do with it too.
  15. It really wouldn't be that hard, Lutz's excuse was just a cop out. The truth is that GM doesn't have the guts to do it.
  16. You're right. My guess is the Sixteen would've been around the $200,000 mark, give or take about fifty grand. No matter how posh they made it, it would've been almost impossible NOT to turn a profit.
  17. Man, I would've rubbed her face in the fact that its a Buick.
  18. The Bel Air wasn't a "compellingly beautiful" car to fund? Since when did all of GM's cars become compellingly beautiful? The Velite was prioritized out...what a load. Back in the day Buick got all the great designs, now GM won't even give it a car to help save its stuffy image? And unless they weren't planning on pricing the Sixteen as an ultra-luxury car, I'm going to call bull$h! on the fuel economy remark...and public image? Cadillac was the standard of the world for christ's sake...where's the argument, Lutz?
  19. This guy doesn't sound half bad...even with my rabid loathing for Republicans. Mind you, I'm no big fan of Democrats, either (I personally believe that political parties be abolished)...though my voting habits tend to side with them.
  20. Doesn't it? I didn't really know. I only meant that as a Toyota generalization anyway.
  21. Doesn't matter how it looks, whether the camshaft snaps or whether or not it'll turn your oil into tar, its a Toyota and it'll sell like hotcakes.
  22. A Cadillac station wagon? That's almost as stupid as the Escalade EXT.
  23. I was only making a point man, no need to get on the defensive.
  24. Come on man, you know that everything Chrysler does is bad, remember? Some folks on this forum are more down on Chrysler than they are on Toyota.
