FOG you are not wierd, just wierder. I think it is a great idea of restoring fire engines. It just is a classic which deserves a better treatment.

GM needs to push Diesels strong and hard. With people's perception about diesels getting better, they should be more exhaustive about diesel and possibly a hybrid diesel in the near future.

I definitely think Pontiac should bring the coupe of the Solstice ASAP. They should keep their crosshairs on BMW and Porsche, not Mazda. Like how obvious C&D compared the Solstice GXP with the Boxter. When you bring sports car like those it not only increases the volume on the floor of the dealer lot, but you geet respect. See this is the perception of import cars. About four years ago Mitsubishi was as tarnished as probably Chrysler is, yet for two consecutive months their sales have gone up. Yet Chrysler and Ford are struggling. It does not make sense.

Toni, I think G6 is really helping GM. But I also see a bunch of them here in Orlando which are rental fleets. While GM in general is getting away from fleets, G6 may be the next rental queen after the new Bu comes out.

Before I get into any arguement over it. It says the Tow Vehicle of the year. Which means the main point is it should "TOW", and considering which magazine it is (trailerboats.com) it should tow Boats if not Bigger boats. Now if I do want to tow a big boat, I would rather use the 3/4 tonne or more which means 10,800 GW towing of the Turd is measly compared to the 18,000 odd of the GM and 19,000 odd of the Fords. And why? Because if I want BIG I would rather go BIG.Just like other megalomaniac Americans think. Now if I am investing in a bigger boat, I have enough money to spend 4,000 more for a 3/4 tonne. The point is that this comparison is irrelevant. Coming from a magazine with probably 100,000 gramps, is pretty juvenile. I can make my own magazine and call it chatterboxes and name the Turd as the ugliest pickup ever. The point is they are being hypocrites.

Yeah Buick is getting hammered. Hopefully Enclave will bring them some import humpers and tide off the wave. Caddy's car division did not fair well either. It is understandable for the CTS, people are hedging after seeing the new one. But DTS got punked and so is the STS. Surprisingly all the SUV's barring the Escalade (including the SRX) saw increase in sales. Surprise is that the Colorado got a sales boost. Wonder how many of those were dumped in the fleets. Acadia + Outlook almost 6000. Good job overall.
