First Look: 2008 Pontiac G6 GXP
honestly, that car looks so awesome. and they've given us a POS for a G6 GXP with not real increase in performance.

FIRST LOOK: DCX Minivans
AWFUL! And didn't the guy who designed the 300C help with this design? this looks like current T&C and the Sebring had an ugly baby. that d-pillar is hideous.

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Malibu
what? read the figures. a loss of an inch in rear-seat legroom is hardly "significantly less room"...

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Malibu
Um yeah, i guess if you park outside it's handy. But for the avg car buyer, who's looking for the 18k sedan, and is cross shoping the accord and camry, remote start might not be a big sale maker. as an option? yes, standard? no.

FIRST LOOK: 2008 Chevrolet Malibu
there is no reason this vehicle won't be a runaway success, and sell like crazy. for once, thank-god, it won't be on the market for another 7 to 11 months. GM will need the time to market and build up public awareness. Advertising and product awareness are key here.

CTS may spawn wagon, coupe
i still have hope that the BRX won't be sold in the states. With a buick and saab version as well, the BRX might just be overkill.

Back up. Caddy is a global player, but where is caddy big? china, the middle east, and the usa. i don't see europe scrambling for the BTS, i realize it was a half-hearted attempt but still. Do you really think a CTS wagon is going to break-into the market? hardly. i doubt arts & sciences will translate "nicely" onto a wagon. caddy needs to focus on what it can make that will not only look fantastic, but sell. GM will make a bigger return on small crossover than it will off a wagon. period.

Every time you slice the pie, the pieces get smaller. I don't know how "large the entry/lux wagon" market is, but it can't be that large. they might make sales, but will the sell enough? And does Cadillac really have the time and money to market a new segment for them, like it should be? no. Sedan and coupe, and a small RWD crossover. that's what the customers want. BMW was even debating to NOT bring over the 3-series wagon, b/c sales aren't super, and the x3 is stealing alot of it's "would be" buyers. if anyone gets a lux-wagon it's saab and buick. period.

Toyota FT-HS Concept
jbartley replied to DetroitNut90's topic in North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS)it looks like a fugly-fied Audi R8! I honestly try to look at concepts with an unbiased opionion. but honestly, this is butt ugly. end of story.

Chevy Shows Malibu, Announces Fairfax Investment
i think i see what you're refering to, but it's like they moved the grille up a couple of inches, and added a lower air intake to line up with the foglamps

holy CRAP! that gray pic, while small....... i never thought i'd say this about a malibu, but it's beautiful and suddenly i want one....- Chevy Shows Malibu, Announces Fairfax Investment
ooooo very nice. I like it. GM is paying attention to DETAILS! there is a little chevy symbol on the headlamps.- Spring Hill - Not dead yet
I hardly consider the Avalanche and Ridgeline true competitors. Completely different products, that look very similar. (Maybe b/c they share the same designer, hmmmm?) Two different price brackets, and categories. The Ridgeline is a crossover sedan truck if you will, and the Avalanche is a LARGE truck, with reconfigurable bed and 2nd row. Despite what the honda kool-aid says, i doubt they are cross shopped. period. And the Avalanche is NOT a mainstream product, IS more expensive, and i wouldn't expect it to sell tons a month. And i ALSO heard & read, that the future of the ridgeline is being "debated".- Spring Hill - Not dead yet
what about the full size RWD buick? (and platform mates) will oshawa be able handle the camaro, impala, GTO, G8, and a buick or 2? maybe this is where the 9-4x, BRX, and buick crossover will be made?- 2007 China SLS
someone needs to find that pic!- CAS Preview: 2008 Nissan Titan
oh, maybe they'll have a "non-ugly" option or "deselect crappy interior plastic" packages. heck maybe they'll even make it more reliable for MY08, can't be that hard...- Spied: Dodge Avenger (non-R/T)
if it's so "nearly" identical, why does it look so sad?- Rollover Airbags in All GMs by 2012
don't you just love it when GM makes an announcement, and because it's a few years off, they immeadiatly rip on GM for not doing YESTERDAY. you're right on. by 2012 all the vehicles will have been heavily refreshed or redesign, and it people read the article they'd notice like 43% of SUV's already have them.- Solstice Hardtop Conversion
the sky hardtop looks so much better! i wonder if this voids any GM warranties...- FIRST LOOK: 2008 Saturn VUE
give it time. i doubt they'd do that, probably haven't finished rating it or finalizing the info.- FIRST LOOK: 2008 Saturn VUE
~250hp in a small vue, eeeexcelllent! i can't wait to see the Red Line.- FIRST LOOK: 2008 Saturn VUE
haha this makes the RAV and CR-V look butt-fugly. after looking at the Antara. I think the nav screen layout/radio controls. are waaay better on the Vue. Now that they've shown this... who in their right mind would buy the current Vue? this will sell like crack at a betty ford clinic. - Chevy Shows Malibu, Announces Fairfax Investment
